I can’t say enough about this place. The pool was great and a well stocked garage with toys. yard was nice.Very quiet neighborhood, it was a very peaceful vacation and that’s what we were looking for

Palms Over Water is immaculate. We loved our stay. The property was just as described with many amenities available. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of retail and restaurants within a short drive. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay!

Clean and well appointed property. Had what we needed for the stay. We didn’t use the bikes, kayaks or spend time on the dock because we enjoyed the pool area immensely!

Beautiful home on the canal

The home was very inviting, clean and in a perfect location. The pool was great and we spent time fishing in the canal. We would highly recommend this home for a vacation to Cape Coral.

Florida family vacation

We enjoyed this home and made lots of memories! The size of the house was great and comfortable. The pool, kayaks, fishing poles, and bikes were amazing amenities that we utilized everyday.

Great Thanksgiving vacation!

Nice home with lots of space for our family and two dogs. Great pool and pool area. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, but not walkable. Kitchen had everything we needed.Brad, owner, was available and checked in, would stay again. in.in.Would stay again

An ideal family vacation rental

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Palms Over Water Villa last week. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The location is ideal for various beaches and other activities. Our children enjoyed swimming in the pool and having their own bedroom space. We will definitely stay here again.

Rental was very well appointed. Lots of little things were included that make a big difference. Night lights were everywhere, there were three kitchen towels (why do so many rentals only give you one?!), laundry pods were provided, Wi-Fi QR codes anywhere you might need them, tea bags, Ziploc bags, the list goes on. The house layout is fantastic. We loved the full extension sliding doors. Every meal we ate at the rental was eaten outside on the Lanai. Having a garage and garage door opener was a very nice perk. We specially picked this rental for the kayaks and bikes. Those were enjoyed and we appreciated the full selection of life jackets. Everything felt relaxed and easy, a true vacation home!

House is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants via car. Well kept property and the owner is very responsive to any needs you may have. I stayed here in October 2022 and September 2024 and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Easy property

This property was great for my families purposes. Each kid had their own bedroom, the house was a good size, plentiful towels and linens. It was close to grocery stores for food shopping. It was very busy with traffic the week we were visiting

Everything and more!

Our stay at Palms over Water was exactly what we were hoping for and so much more! The home was not only beautiful but immaculate and very comfortable. We loved the pool and all the extras especially the kayaks and fishing rods! It was so peaceful and yet all attractions and shops were very close by. Thank you Brad for an incredible vacation!
