The apartment is excellent. Everything you need for a home from home is there. Well located a short walk from the main centre of Annecy. Fantastic views from the balcony.

The flat was as described. Spacious, modern, clean, great views and a 20 minute walk from the old part of Annecy. Our hosts were great - they were responsive, friendly and helpful, and replied quickly to queries.

Annecy condo

Our host & her friend were very response to our questions and providing useful information. The location of the condo with a dedicated parking space made it very convenient for our daily excursions. The accommodations are nicely appointed however it appears to be used as a residence when not rented. Closets, bedrooms and refrigerator contained the owner’s personal belongings which made it just a bit odd. The condo’s hot water supply is managed by the complex and for about 18 hours we were without hot water for showers. The bath towels provided are in need of replacing. Addressing these observations would make, in my mind, this condo a highly recommended place to stay in Annecy.

Bonjour Encore une fois je suis désolée pour l’eau chaude. Néanmoins cet incident a été très vite réparé. Quant aux affaires personnelles il y en a très peu et il reste énormément de place pour les affaires des vacanciers, le principe Abritel n’est pas le même qu’un hôtel !!

Très agréable

Un séjour très agréable d'une semaine dans un grand appartement moderne et très bien décoré. La piscine à dispo dans la résidence était très appréciable, surtout de notre fils. Appartement bien placé, tout confort avec en plus un lit bébé, des draps, un plan à langer, une chaise haute et des jouets/livres pour enfants. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer directement Laura mais un voisin de confiance s'est chargé de nous donner les clés et de les reprendre le jour du départ. Merci à Maurice, adorable, d'avoir été un super guide ! Seul bémol : la machine à laver ne marche pas. C'est bien indiqué dans l'annonce et nous le savions avant de réserver. Mais c'est tout de même dommage pour un appartement de ce standing, avec des enfants.

Appartement op de 8e en hoogste verdieping, netjes, heel ruim en alles is aanwezig. In alle kamers airco. Zwembad is schoon en rustig, ondanks hoogseizoen. Op loopafstand van het meer en het centrum. Goede communicatie met vriendelijke eigenaren.
