L’Amédée - Appt à 500m du lac

We propose to you to the rent, in Annecy, this charming apartment at 500 meters of the lake, of a surface of 72 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 32 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower). We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 32 m² with double sofa bed, TV, Wifi (optical fiber), dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200) with adjoining bathroom with shower and double sink, towel dryer
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with adjoining bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of 2.5 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in Annecy, in a very pleasant environment, close to both the old town and the lake. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Lake Annecy at 500m : swimming, water activities, bike ride
- Gardens of Europe at 500m
- Downtown at 500m
- Geneva at 40km
- Visit of authentic mountain villages at a few kilometers

Events :
- Animation film festival in June
- Lake Annecy Festival in August

- You can park directly in the private parking of the apartment
- Nearest train station : Annecy at 10mn by car
- Nearest airport : Geneva at 40mn by car

- Free Wifi at disposal (optical fiber)
- Animals are not allowed in the apartment
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.

L’Amédée "We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Great location 5 mins walk from the Lake, town and stations. The apartment was modern and a good layout. Kitchen was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Aurelien met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful and walked us across to the private parking which was an added bonus. It was unusual to us to have 2 en-suite shower rooms without w.c.’s and then 1 single w.c. off the hall but the system worked ok. What beautiful surroundings in Annecy with lots of lovely restaurants and things to do - we had a wonderful time. O would highly recommend this apartment and visiting Annecy."

Cependant l’appartement a une mauvaise isolation sonore, rendant les bruits des voisins du dessus très perceptible dans les deux chambres. De plus, dans la petite chambre il n’y a pas de porte séparant la salle de bain de la chambre, ce qui laisse passer la lumière du jour."

Le seul inconvénient en été est l’absence de climatisation ou de ventilateurs car il fait extrêmement chaud. De plus, la rue est bruyante alors étant contraint de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, cela est très incommodant pour le sommeil. Par ailleurs, la location des draps en supplément est un point décevant… Donc, c est un super appart hors des périodes de chaleur. Très bon contact avec Thomas de l’agence."

La casa era pulita, conforme alla descrizione sull'annuncio, dotato di tutto il necessario, fresca e silenziosa. Praticamente sotto casa la fermata dell'autobus per fare il giro del lago. Comunicazione con l'host facile e corretta. Molto gentile il co-host Aurelien. Consigliato!"
