Beautifully furnished throughout, this nearly 4000 square foot home features a HUGE, beautiful kitchen for entertaining. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with high quality, crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Formal and informal dining areas, bar top seating. Large jetted soaking tub in the master bathroom. 2 spacious living areas one including a large sectional sofa and 70 inch TV. Free high-speed WiFi, key-less access to the home, large back yard with tons of seating. Upstairs and downstairs large patio and deck. Sonos sound system. Large private parking area.

We spend our time between southern California and Lake Stevens. Renting our home offers other the opportunity to experience what we love so very much about our property. Especially the sunrises and sunsets - absolutely wonderful!

Where do we start - lake, food, wine tasting, shopping, nearby towns like Snohomish and Everett. Only 30 minutes to downtown Seattle. 45 minutes to Seatac.
