- 1 bedroom with queen size bed,

- 1 living room with a double sofa bed,

- 1 kitchen open to the fully equipped living/dining room (washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator)

- 1 shower room

- 1 separate toilet

The accommodation includes a few steps to access the bedroom



Sheets and towels are provided and cleaning is carried out by professional staff.



The building is currently undergoing renovation work.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location. Within walking distance to most of the things you want to see in Paris. Surrounded by excellent restaurants and a Taxi stand and Metro entrance very close by.Not a large apartment, but comfortable for 2 people. Important to note that the bathroom with shower is downstairs (about 10 steps) from the living area. This was not mentioned in the description. The place was clean and the management team was extremely responsive for any questions we had while staying there.

Great location

The apartment is exactly as described, excellent location, and it has everything you might need. The check-in process was very smooth and the apartment was cleaned well before we got there. My only word of warning would be that the water backs up into the shower when you run the washing machine., but it resolved pretty quickly. Be aware that the apartment is on the ground floor in an alley, but it’s very close to the main street. I stayed with my two teenage children, and we always felt perfectly safe. There are restaurants and markets within walking distance. The location really is excellent.

Cute flat in St Germain

The apartment had the perfect location. Located in Sainte Germain close to the Metro, shopping and restaurants. Although this cute apartment was ground level it had interior steps to get to the kitchen and bedroom and winding steps downstairs to the bathroom. Would not be ideal for an older couple. Our only issue was the washing machine drained into the shower and the shower had poor drainage. Therefore we often had lots of water on the floor.
