Set on a enclosed and secure plot of 1,200 m², it can accommodate up to 10 people in a privileged environment, between beaches, coves and maritime landscapes.

The large terrace, accessible from the dining room, offers a magnificent view as far as the island of Noirmoutier and will be ideal for sharing your meals outdoors thanks to the garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal. A kiosk also benefiting from an unobstructed view of the ocean can serve as an office or sleeping space thanks to its double sofa bed (140).
Inside, the ground floor welcomes you in a beautiful convivial living space facing the sea. The lounge has a television for your relaxation, whilst the dining room opens directly onto the large terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook as at home: hob, fridge-freezers, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, bean-to-cup espresso machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare your meals.
On the sleeping side, the house has five sleeping spaces spread across different levels:

You can park up to 4 cars directly on the enclosed and secure grounds of the property.
To facilitate your stay, the villa is also equipped with a hairdryer, a table and an iron.
