Wonderful Stay!

Great location for Kansas City drivers! House was clean and exactly what we needed for our group of 10 over the 4th of July weekend! Host instructions were clear and easy to follow. She was great to communicate with. Will be staying here again!

Family Time

The entire family enjoyed the quiet, clean, nicely furnished property. The kids liked the dock "toys", swimming and fishing.

Spacious five bedroom home with all the amenities for a perfect family vacation on the lake. Paved road to the house. Large dock with an available slip at the time next to a boat rental and boat ramp. Owner was very responsive to our request. Will definitely return to this lake house.

Access to the dock was very easy. Dock was very clean and well equipped. House was clean. Kitchen could use some additional silverware and larger pots and pans, but was otherwise well equipped. We found it somewhat inconvenient that 3 bedrooms did not have closets and 2 of those did not have dressers. There was nowhere to put clothing. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings were nice. Parking was very adequate for 4 vehicles. Angela was helpful with information about launching our boat. The cove was busy at times but not a problem. There was a noticeable sewer smell at times when sitting on the deck. We found that using the pedestal fan helped dispel the odor. The kids enjoyed the screened in, upstairs porch. Something that wasn’t obvious from the photos (or at least, we missed it) is that the main living space is downstairs. You enter on the upper level where the 4 bedrooms are located. Then you go down to the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. From this lower level, you walk out to the deck and down the steps to the dock. It worked well for our family, but was a bit of a surprise. I would recommend this home for a great stay at LOZ. It was comfortable and provided most everything you need.

Week at the Lake

This is a fabulous property for an extended family to stay at while visiting the Lake of the Ozarks! The owner had amazing communication. Check in and check out went very smoothly. The house layout is very nice for everyone to spend time together, but there is also lots of room to spread out for some alone time. Bedrooms/beds are spacious and comfortable. The one "nonconforming" bedroom has a queen bed and is tight, but works well for kids, teenagers or young adults. The kitchen is well stocked and has a deep freeze in it which is great to keep ice for the boat. The dock and Still Water Bay are the highlights of this property. The large concrete dock has two tables, two lounge chairs, two fans, and a TV. The cove is the perfect size, very quiet, and has calm water to kayak and swim. We rented a boat from Lake Time Boat Rentals which is just a few docks down and was super convenient. We really enjoyed staying in the Sunrise Beach area. There are two grocery stores that are really close. Captain Ron's and Franky and Louie's are also close by car. H Toads and Shady Gators are close by boat. We highly recommend this property!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL home on the lake. We had an amazing time here. The host was very responsive. The beds were all so comfortable. The home was well stocked with pans to make a quick breakfast. We even were able to rent a boat and have it at the dock. My kids were able to jump off the dock and swim. We even had some older folks with us and they got around wonderfully on the property. We were in the area for a wedding weekend. I wish we would’ve stayed longer because the home was in a great location to fun things to do on the lake. Fun to visit the lake of the Ozarks!

Perfect weekend get away

This property was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Andrea was very responsive and easy to communicate with. There was a lot of seating outside which was where we spent the majority of our time. I would definitely consider renting again.

Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean and very roomy. Its location was perfect snuggled in a great cove close to everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone. We had only adults but great for children as well!!

Great house with all the amenities.

Highly recommend this property! Perfect layout for multiple families and updated throughout. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to the dock which was also well equipped. Great communication with the owner throughout our stay.

This home was in the perfect location in a quite cove on the lake. Nothing beats walking out the back door and fishing or jumping right into the lake!
