Unit 4 is part of Bellawood Resort Inc and is a downstairs unit for easy entry & exit. This Lakefront property has lake views from the Living Rm, Kitchen, Porch & Covered Deck. The Master Bedroom (King Bed) & Bath is located in the right rear while the Guest Bedroom (King Bed) & Bath is opposite on the left. The Guest bath is accessible from both the hallway & bedroom. The Guest Bedroom has a King Size adjustable base bed w/head tilt feature!

The Living Room is spacious with a Couch that reclines, Love seat that rocks & reclines, and Two Chairs facing the stone gas fireplace with SMART TV above. The Kitchen has a bar style seating arrangements + a dining table too. Granite Counters throughout & Stainless Appliances in the Kitchen. Private Patio, & Deck. Comfortably Sleeps 4 Persons. Boat Slip #4 usage included while staying. Parking spots #4 (two of these). The outdoor covered deck is ideal for relaxing and More!

Ideal for quiet and private getaways to enjoy the view, lake, and friendly persons nearby. Great fishing from the dock too or sit on the swing at the doc and watch the sunset sky with the bridge in the background.

Important Note: This is a downstairs unit. Occasionally one might hear foot steps from the unit above, this is Rare but uncontrollable. Also, if looking for a party place or bachelor/bachelorette place, this is not the right one for you. Grills Removed July 2025. Not wishing to disappointment or waste anyone's money.

This is a great property on the lake. Having a boat slip available is very convenient. We had an issue but Josh and Miranda took care of it quickly and were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Bellawood has special memories for our family so it was wonderful to take our four youngest grandchildren to make great memories with them. We hope to be repeat renters. Very comfortable, clean & convenient to all our favorite spots. Thank you to our hosts.

Super Nice But Noisy

Really really nice place!! However, being a bottom unit has great disadvantages when the top unit visitors aren't concerned about being too noisy for the unit below them. It's not their fault that every step or chair adjustment is heard below...every pitter patter, stomp and toy drop of children playing is heard, to the point of sounding like they were playing football... I think noise proofing this unit would be a plus because it's too nice of a unit to not get great reviews.

Sorry your experience from another unit impacted you during your stay. As we do not own neighboring units we have no control over this scenario and have included this disclosure in our rental advertisement of what could occur. Thus far we have had 2 instances in 2-years. I am certain that this will occur in the future and would encourage anyone staying to remain friendly but simply ask neighbors to be considerate of any down traveling noise. Thankfully we have not had any noise past 11 PM and the majority of those staying are out enjoying the lake and outdoors during their visits. God Bless You and have a great year!

We enjoyed our stay, we did desire little more direction on using the tv. Also wish there was DVD options or something in the bedrooms to make up for lack of internet/cable abilities. It’s not listed in property that they have it but in this day and age it was surprising. (Couldn’t get living room dvd to work) When there are occupants above you, you can hear every footstep. That reason alone would deter us from staying on the bottom floor again, it was that bothersome. It had occupants our entire stay. The grill was useable but felt unsafe for its condition. The flat top we were excited to try was unusable. The boat dock and parking was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

The original listing stated there was a grill,there was no grill on site nor was there a griddle like shown in the pictures.We asked and they offered a 50 refund or told us we could leave for a full refund,neither was acceptable,they should have let us know before hand.They did bring a tiny grill the next morning.The furniture outside was filthy, there was mud on the tables,exterior doors were also nasty.All inside lights were full of dead bugs,the ceiling fan cord in 2nd bedroom was missing so we couldn’t run the fan,the shower curtain was molded,the exterior electric outlets didn’t work so we couldn’t run a fan outside,the outlets inside kitchen wall didn’t work,the electrician came without the owners asking what a good time would be so I ended up having to work with the electricians (I had teenager girls and would have scheduled them to come after they were dressed and had their personal things picked up from the bathroom). The listing stated “sleeps 8”.There were 2 king beds and a blow up mattress and NO PILLOWS BLANKETS OR BEDDING for the air mattress.We had to go to dollar general at 8:30 at night when we realized it and buy all new bedding so my daughter would have somewhere to sleep,not even a throw blanket in the unit.Smoke detector beeped for 2 nights and no batteries in unit,no light bulbs,porch fans did not work, no Tupperware to store food. The owners know we had to purchase bedding and didn’t offer to reimburse.I worked more than I was able to vacation.

The outside furniture had to be cleaned by myself

This was basically how the entire outside was. It obviously hasn’t been rented in a long time and no one came to clean before our stay.

Great lake view with boat slip

This was our second time to stay at this property and we have loved both stays. View of the lake is awesome, the boat slip is so convenient to access, and we loved having a Blackstone grill along with another grated grill on a new covered patio over looking lake. You won't be disappointed with this vacation destination. Greg P.

Modern, attractive lodge

This is a well equipped, modern property with a very nice location adjacent to Greer’s Ferry Lake. The view is great, the kitchen is very attractive and functional. If you bring a boat you can use a covered dock right on the lake.

Vacation at Greers Ferry

Everything went very well. The one thing that went wrong was our mistake when we first went to Lakeshores Drive at Fairfield Bay instead of Greers Ferry. Once there, we loved everything about it. Nice and comfortable accommodations in a beautiful setting. We highly recommend it! Very enjoyable.!

This location is ideally located close to everything in Greers Ferry, approx 10 min to Fairfield Bay, and Bellawood Resorts is one of a very few rentals where guests may also enjoy the Boat Dock and a Boat Slip while renting. We also liked the downstairs setup for easy access to the property. Please enjoy yourself!

This unit is downstairs so there are not steps or stairs to climb coming into or out of the property which made it ideal for so many. This Bellawood Resorts Inc unit is one of a rare few on Greers Ferry Lake that allow the Boat Dock and Boat Slip to be used by those renting the property. If the Lake is not your thing, then you are just a short ride to Fairfield Bay for Hiking, Golfing, Side by Side Adventures, and More! Not to mention the proximity to other area communities for day trips such as Conway, Batesville, Searcy, Heber Springs, & Mountain View.
