One of 9 apartments in an old historic building with stairs but all brand new furniture and appliances. We will make you fell like you are staying in our home!

Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases. Fenicci’s restaurant on 1st floor of the building.
Stay with us in our newly finished apartment with full views of Hersheypark and all of the attractions. Located on the 2nd floor of our historic restaurant, Fenicci's of Hershey you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with us or we will gladly bring room service up to your room. Features a private bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out sofa in the living room area.

Overall this was a comfortable apartment in a great location. It had everything we needed and was clean. We would stay here again.

Omg I must say this was best experience I ever had it was the absolute best, I would definitely book again it was clean smell so good, so spacious very comfortable, check in and out so easy I loved it definitely would recommend you won’t be disappointed it had everything you needed I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.

Pros:- convenient location- convenient parking (free parking garage a block away) - nice people at the restaurant on site- overall very clean Cons:- toilet wasn’t working properly- pull-out couch was broken and uncomfortable- strong smell of propane/gas in the hallway- loud sounds in the hallway at night

The location is great and the apartment matched the listing however the kitchen was not well equipped for cooking meals. There is no dish washer and the cooking utensils were dirty from prior use requiring re-washing them prior to cooking. No sponge as provided making cleanup difficult.

Conveniently located, nicely furnished, great view of Hersheypark. Restaurant staff helpful and friendly. Stairs are tricky but once up it was just a perfect place to stay.

This property is exactly as pictured. It is clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the restaurant below the apartment. There is a steep staircase to climb but this was not a problem for us. I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

Perfect location

The apartment was lovely. It was very clean. Right in the heart of Hershey. Even though it is on a Main Street, the windows were well covered and the area relatively quiet. Would love to stay here again.

The toilet did not work properly. It would flush but the tank did not fill with our taking the lid off and fiddling with the innards to make it fill. Was reported to property owners but nothing was done. The fan in the place had a broken blade so that did not work. Took 24 hours for the apartment to cook off enough to feel reasonably comfortable. The stove tBurners did not sit properly into their spaces due to the drip pans not being the correct size so that did not work well either.

Decent apartment in the center of it all

Great location! Not the fanciest of accommodations, but it was clean, functional, and served its purpose well for a short stay in Chocolate Town, USA.
