My studio is ideal and comfortable for 2 travellers.

Set in a classical 18th-century building. My home is on a small shopping street with bookshops, trendy boutiques, bars and charming cafes. Within a short 10-minute walk, you can reach notable attractions like the Victoire Theater, Saint-Michel Basilica, and the picturesque banks of the Garonne. Shopping enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity to popular destinations such as FNAC and Saint-Catherine Promenade, both reachable within a 10-minute walk. However, please note that the apartment may not be suitable for those sensitive to city noise due to its location in the Downtown area and proximity to busy boulevards.

The apartment is an 18m2 studio unit that has been thoughtfully designed to maximise light and space but is equipped with all the essentials to ensure you are comfortable throughout your stay. Situated on the ground level, it faces a private courtyard, providing a serene and peaceful ambience.

Inside, you'll find a small kitchen equipped with all the tools for light cooking. Above the kitchen, accessible via a ladder, is a bedroom with a queen bed with clean linens, offering a restful night's sleep. Taller guests should exercise caution when accessing the mezzanine, as the ceiling is nearby.

Moreover, an additional sofa bed is available to accommodate two extra guests, and they will be provided with the same fresh linens. A dining table for two is also provided, allowing you to enjoy meals or a nice cup of coffee, courtesy of the complimentary Nespresso machine.

Please be mindful that only a curtain separates the bathroom from the living area. The toilet and shower are conveniently separated into two dedicated spaces beneath the loft. Towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Due to the height of the windows and ceiling, curtains are not provided for privacy, and we advise you to exercise caution in the apartment.

Key pickup is 4 minutes away on foot and opens every day from 10:00 - 22:00; we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. The best time to visit Bordeaux is generally during spring and autumn when the weather is pleasant and the tourist crowds are slightly smaller. However, the city's mild climate makes it an appealing destination year-round.

The property is within walking distance of bus stops and tram stations, and services like UBER and taxis are available in Bordeaux as well:

- Saint-Catherine (Tram Line A) is 3 minutes away by foot.
- Porte de Bourgogne (Tram Lines A, C and D) is nine away by foot.
- Many bus stops are nearby, especially on Victor Hugo.
- Gare St-Jean is 15 minutes away by car.
- Bordeaux Airport is 33 minutes away by car, depending on traffic conditions.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
