Cozy 2 bed home with good views of the lake through the abundant trees surrounding the house. Enjoy the birds, blue skies, peace and quiet from having a private setting and a fenced yard.
Relax in the large hot tub overlooking Zephyr Cove beach or enjoy all the amenities that the Casinos and Heavenly provides for winter and summer fun that are only about 3 miles away. Stream your favorite movie or stay connected with work and get online with our High Speed Wireless Internet.
The home has tiled floors in the entry, kitchen/dining area and bathroom. Washer and dryer and all other appliances are available. Fully equipped to ensure you and your family and friends will have a memorable experience.
Enjoy quality linens and bedding in our bedrooms. Master has 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 has Queen bed.
Parking for 2 cars max. Perhaps 3 in a pinch.
Pets welcome ONLY after discussion with owner.
Minimum stay 29 days so share with family and friends. Priced accordingly.
Please note:
Smart TV only (no cable) If you cannot navigate a Smart TV this is probably not the place for you.
Winter guidance: All roads into Tahoe MAY require AWD, 4WD and or chains. My road is quite steep and could also require you to park at the bottom of the road and hike up despite the road being maintained on during the odd weather event (rare but it can happen)
Children guidance: Balcony is high off the road so if they insist on climbing rails it will not be safe. I make no claims that the house is child proof.
Digital nomads welcome. Can adjust price for length of stay. I love repeat guests and will discount. Please note that while we make every effort to maintain the property and make timely repairs we are unable to guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong or break. Just like at your house, stuff can happen. When it does we try to repair as soon as we can to ensure you still have a great vacation.

The house is quaint and in a perfect location. The view off the back porch is fantastic and the hot tub is a perfect place to unwind after experiencing all that the lake has to offer. Daleen is very communicative and provided lots of useful information about Zephyr Cove and the surrounding area. We plan on making Lake Tahoe a regular vacation spot and would happily stay in Daleen’s charming home again.

Lovely location, beautiful view of Lake Tahoe from the deck, plenty of kitchen tools and appliances for anything you want to cook, great barbecue (which we used one time). The driveway is a bit challenging, as is the sharp cut-backs of the streets in the area, but those were all do-able.

We stayed 6 nights at this property and had a fabulous time! The house is very comfortable, roomy and felt like "home", plus you can't beat the wonderful view of the lake! Daleen was an excellent host-very responsive to any questions I had and gave us some great activity and dinner suggestions for the area. Perfect location and quiet neighborhood. The view of zephyr cove from the deck of this rental is not done justice by the pictures on the listing! It’s in a great location too. Very close to Stateline, and also the pristine east shore beaches. Super dog friendly with dog beds, bowls, and a crate available for use. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The only downsides to this rental were that the bathroom was not as clean as we would’ve liked it to be. There was a lot of leftover hair both in the shower and on the floor from the previous guests. It also did not have AC. This was specified on the listing, so we were aware ahead of time. But it was still about 80 degrees indoors at night, and the fans that were there and opened windows didn’t help much. Temperatures didn’t cool down indoors until well into the night, and this was hard because we had our infant with us.

We fell in love with the place. We have pets and the place was very user-friendly for them and that’s what was important to us. The host was very supportive because the first night we locked ourselves out of the cabin and she was right there to help us get in. She answered all of our questions and helped us with everything. The view is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. We will stay there again.

I've stayed here on three occasions and will return. The owner is so wonderful. She is very accommodating to pet owners and there is a great trail close by that is dog friendly. It always feels like home, and I love curling up on the couch and enjoying the beautiful views of the lake. I will definitely visit again.

Fast reliable communication from host. Great location and view. Well stocked kitchen. When we had an issue with the internet signal to the TV, the host responded promptly. Place was very clean and dog friendly. Would stay here again, especially in the summer with the long outside decks.
