Very well maintained spacious property that fits a lot of people of all ages. The house is well equipped with all possible appliances, entertainment, pool, grill, rooftop etc.Nice neighborhood with close access to a great beach. Just to clarify for future guests: while the A-Zone is known for its peaceful, residential feel, our home is actually right in the heart of it on 20th Street — just a short 5-block walk to Brigantine’s downtown area (15th–12th Streets), where you’ll find restaurants, ice cream shops, and local shopping. Guests can also enjoy a quick walk south to the 26th Street recreation park with baseball fields, wide-open green space, and the well-loved Shark Park for younger children. Family vacation in Brigantine

This property was perfect for our extended family of 14. The layout of the house is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Meal seating at the dinette table and island counter worked well for our group.There was a generous supply of beach towels and beach chairs. The beach carts were a huge help for our walk to the beach. The Brigantine beach, with lifeguards, was perfect for our grandkids, who ranged in age from 3 to 11.Brian, the owner, is incredibly caring and responsive. Any minor issues/ concerns get addressed immediately. He wants you to have a great experience, and we certainly did. It was our first visit to Brigantine, but won’t be our last.

We're Brian and Andrea Holtzinger and we live in Lower Gwynedd, PA which about 90 miles from Brigantine. We have three children and they all love the beach. We purchased our first home in Brigantine in 2006. We absolutely fell in love with Brigantine and it's amazing beach and over the years, we've purchased 3 additional Brigantine properties. We love hosting others and sharing our homes with our amazing guests and we're so grateful that so many of our guests return year after year. We're all about exceeding your expectations! When you rent one of our properties, you'll immediately see that we have spared no expense in making them the most magnificent properties on the entire Jersey shore!
