This little cocoon in the heart of the city, completely renovated with great taste (2023), promises you a stay full of sweetness. Allowing you to easily discover our “little Venice”. You can easily explore the mountains and nearby towns as access to the train station and highways is simple.

This apartment can accommodate 4 people and consists of :
- An equipped kitchen open to a bright living room
- A living room giving access to the furnished balcony
- A bedroom with two 90cm beds
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

You will also have a garage at your disposal, a real comfort in this central area. You will be able to discover Annecy without using your car because access to the old town and the lake is a 5-minute walk away.
