Unusual wooden frame cabin with a 50m² terrace and a pergola. Studio with kitchenette and shepherd's table, a 2-person sofa bed 140 x 190 cm, a bathroom (shower) with WC. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. Sheets are included but disposable. The beds are made and towels are provided. 2 km from Arith, at the end of a dirt road suitable for 1 km, on the vast property including the main house of the owners offering guest rooms, are located these 4 wooden chalets 100 meters apart. Built with ecological materials, favoring renewable energies, this wooden chalet stands out for its originality with its huge 50m² terrace and its unusual spirit with its "small wooden cabin" architecture. Arith, a picturesque village nestled in the heart of the Bauges massif, is full of activities for nature lovers and history buffs. Explore trails like the Boucle in the Montagne de Bange, or discover the Grotte de Prérouge, located near the Chéran. Adventurers will appreciate the Pont du Diable canyon, perfect for thrills. On the heritage side, don't miss the Arith church and the legendary Pont des Fées, full of charm and history. The surrounding area also offers ideal trails for mountain biking. On the gastronomic side, the local cheese factories will delight the taste buds with specialties like Tome des Bauges. In winter, the family resorts of Aillons-Margériaz and Savoie Grand Revard, nearby, offer downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and dog sledding.
