Close to train station, old town, lake, and Courier Shopping Mall, in the very city center with shops of first necessity, nearby.
Ideal base for exploring the city and the region, on foot.
Car travel is strongly discouraged in the city. If necessary, the city has an excellent network of city area buses (free in July and August , according to local regulations ).
Bike paths are very popular with cyclists, and allow you to tour the lake.

Apartment of 65 m2 on 3rd floor, completely renovated in 2021, eco-responsible, accessible by elevator, with spacious living room on street, clear and quiet with double glazing ( can be slightly noisy, when window opened, during the day ). US equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower.
The rooms are each equipped with a large double bed ( Queen Size ) 160 x 200 cm and 160 x 190 cm, Each bed can be divided into 2 twin beds ( only on request at booking ) .
The bedding is eco-friendly, 100% organic; latex mattress and cotton to guarantee the quality of sleep.
The blue room also contains a dressing room and an office.
The red room, smaller, has a small chest of drawers; it is advisable to use the wardrobe in the entrance as a complement.
There are shades and curtains at each of the rooms.
The living room consists of a sofa + coffee table and 2 armchairs.
Available: wide screen TV, Internet, wifi, appliance includes dishwasher and dryer. All devices were selected based on their energy performances.
The bathroom is composed of a large basin and a walk-in shower. There is a washing machine and dryer, as well.
Toilet is separated.

Super zentrumsnahe Lage, man ist sofort im Herzen de Stadt. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und man findet alles vor, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt.Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist sollte man sich vorher mit dem Thema Parkplatz auseinandersetzen, da zur Wohnung kein Parkplatz gehört. Unsere Erfahrung hierzu kann vielleicht helfen. Die der Wohnung nächstliegenden Parkmöglichkeiten sind die öffentlichen Parkhäuser "Gare" oder "La Poste", beide in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Man kann dort Tickets für mehrere Tage lösen, die auch zum unbegrenzten Ein- und Ausfahren in dem gebuchten Zeitraum berechtigen. Dieses Ticket sollte jedoch vor der Einfahrt ins Parkhaus gekauft werden (an einem der Parkautomaten im oder am Parkhaus) da man sonst bei der ersten Ausfahrt die Hotline (Hilfetaste) anrufen muss oder das bei der Einfahrt gezogene Ticket zusätzlich bezahlen muss.Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und zeitnahe Unterstützung und Hilfe war jederzeit gegeben. Insgesamt: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfect Location & Great Apartment!

Very comfortable apartment with amazing views! Everything you need is provided. If stairs are a challenge, this may not be great choice as the 1 flight of stairs is steep.

Our second time here!

This was our second time at this modern, well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Philippe is a great host and responds promptly to any issue. Very pleased with everything, although the check-in process is a little cumbersome. We had to go to a tobacco shop for the keys. This, in itself, was not that bad and went smoothly, however, there is no "Plan B" in case there is a delay and you do not get there before they close at 7PM. Otherwise, a great experience!

Super!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Annecy. L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche du lac et de la vieille ville. Bien équipé, conforme à la description de l’annonce. Seul petit bémol: le bruit en journée lorsque toutes les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais nous n’y étions pas beaucoup. Calme la nuit et bon double vitrage. Bon contact avec Philippe par mail et il nous a bien accueillis le jour de notre arrivée.

Excellent Modern Update, Great Location!

Apartment was completely updated with modern, high quality materials and appliances and is extremely well-appointed with everything you might need. The location is ideal, close to everything - old town, the lake, Monoprix, train station. We were initially concerned about the proximity to a busy, noisy street, but when you close the high quality windows, it is quiet. Had a minor issue with the sink, but Philippe responded promptly and had a maintenance person over within 2 hours. The apartment is even better than the pictures! The only thing that would be helpful is English operating manuals for the TV, washer/dryer, oven, and dishwasher, but we muddled through.
