The spacious 4 BR 2BA with separate dining/living rooms. 65" cable TV, high speed WiFi, gas BBQ grill in spacious shaded porch serve well for both business and fun. Located in a quiet street of the town with easy access to grocery (5 min to Savemart) and restaurants. 15 min to Airpot and 10 min to downtown.

Huge Bedrooms!

This home was impressive from the time we walked in the door. So clean and well decorated. The bedrooms are large and spacious. My teenagers were stoked! Both bathrooms are very nice. We cooked a lot while we were here and the appliances were good quality. The home owner and his representative were kind, attentive, and responsive before, during and after our stay. We are in Fresno multiple times a year for wrestling tournaments and we will definitely book this home again.

Very clean, very responsive, very customer-centric

We were on our way to Yosemite, and stayed here to break our long trip. We researched all the homes in the greater Fresno area, and this was clearly the best and the cleanest. It was also, fortunately, available for the date we wanted. And when we arrived at the home, it was EXACTLY as depicted in the pictures and descriptions. Clean! Very clean! And most, most important point: WE travel quite frequently and have stayed at many properties. Very often, the property has a Rental Agreement that's almost as exhaustive as buying a home. And the owner/manager leaves a huge binder filled with rules and laws you must follow, and if you don't, the penalties you'll have to pay. At this property there was no such thing. I texted the owner, asking about what we needed to do (trash, dishes, linen, etc) when we checked out. The responsive blew me away: "We ask you NOTHING before your check-out so please relax in the house until the last minute!" Wow! Just wow! Why don't other property owners follow this excellent example? Next time we're in this area, we're staying at this place!

Beautiful home

The place was very clean and comfortable. The showers both had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, as well as hair dryers. Basic kitchen items like cooking oil, salt, pepper, and coffee were available too. We were in Fresno for our son’s All State Band Ensemble Event in downtown Fresno, so this location was very convenient for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was very nice and communicated with us easily via text throughout our stay. Highly recommend, as it is not that much more expensive compared to staying at a hotel in downtown Fresno, and you get an entire house rather than a hotel room.

Don’t miss this gem!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. Yasuda could not have been easier to interact with. He promptly returned communications, adapted the check in time for us, and generally made our stay perfect. The house was better than even expected. The towels, linens and kitchen things were lovely. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. If you need to stay in the Fresno area, this is the place for you!

Home away from home

This is a very clean property. The fenced front yard made it very easy to find the house. Quiet neighborhood also. Me and my family agreed that this house didn't feel like we were in Fresno. Had some plumbing issues before we left but reaching the owner was easy peasy. Would rent again in the future!

Beautiful home

The home was very nice, well taken care of with all the amenities. The only thing was the beds were hard as a rock. Nine of us slept well in them. Other than that I’d definitely come back!

Beautiful Home

This was our first time staying in Fresno for an occasion and I have to admit we were quite nervous about how it would go. The house is beautiful inside and out. It was clean, well organized and the house keepers were easy to get I touch with. It was bigger then we anticipated yet the perfect size for us and our guests. We will definitely be staying here again for any other upcoming stays! 10/10 of for sure!

very clean and nice renovated house with plenty of room for our family of 10. Owner communicated very well through text messages & very understating . We used this as our home base if we were to visit Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon national parks again in the future.
