- A 70 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sitting area and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- 35 m² contemporary extension with elliptical trainer and spa for 6 people
- Shower room with WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 3 and 4: Double bed
