In the town of LOCOAL-MENDON, traditional and pleasant house in the countryside. Ideally located 2km from the town center of LOCOAL-MENDON and its shops, 2km from the Ria d'Etel, 15km from Kerhillio beach in ERDEVEN as well as 10km from Carnac and 20km from Quiberon.
4-room house (approx. 120mÂČ, ground floor, +1) for 6 people in a quiet area, comprising on the ground floor, entrance with cupboards, living/dining room with access to the garden, fitted/equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster , kettle, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher), pantry, WC with hand basin, bathroom. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 with 2 beds of 90 x 190 and 2 with a bed of 140 x 190, bathroom with WC.
Unfenced garden with garden furniture. Private parking spaces in front of the house. Wifi included. Pets not accepted. Household linen - household - baby bed on order.
