Architektonisch und von der Lage ein schönes Haus - aber mit einigen Gebrauchsspuren und Flecken

Das Haus ist architektonisch gut durchdacht und gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und die Ausstattung gut. Das Grundstück und die Umgebung sind herrlich. Leider ist der Erhaltungszustand nicht so gut. Die Läufer und einige Kissen sind fleckig. Die Fronten und einige Haushaltsgeräte in der Küche sind eingeschmutzt. Bei Übergabe war die Endreinigung durch die Vormieter oder das Serviceteams nicht erfolgt. Novasol hat nachgebessert: abends kamen zwei junge Männer als Reinigungsteam - viel Erfahrung in diesem Bereich hatten die beiden nicht. Nachdem wir dann selber 3 Stunden das Haus geputzt hatten, haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Unser Tipp: ein paar Instandhaltungsarbeiten, einmalige Grundreinigung , danach nur noch Endreinigung durch Profis - das Haus hat es verdient.....

ruhig und gemütlich

Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig , gute Privatsphäre, der schönste Platz vor dem Ofen ( im Dezember ). Die Einrichtung prima, die Abwicklung der Vermietung unkompliziert, wir waren sehr zufrieden.
