Welcome to your dream getaway at Legacy Villas in La Quinta! This gorgeous and coveted single-story unit offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, perfectly situated at the back of the complex with stunning mountain views.

Step inside to find custom upgrades throughout, including polished stone floors, counters, and baths. The open floor plan features a cozy fireplace in the living room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The super modern kitchen boasts stone counters, brushed stainless appliances (including gas cooking), and warm wood cabinets with a pantry.

The master bedroom also includes a fireplace, adding a touch of luxury. Enjoy the convenience of wood shutters and a door leading to a large, private, covered patio, perfect for outdoor dining and just steps away from the inviting pool.

Resort-style amenities abound, with saltwater pools and spas, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and the Legacy Grill serving delicious breakfasts and lunches. This guard-gated community is wonderfully maintained and offers full access to the facilities at La Quinta Resort.

Great stay in beautiful gated community

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great spot for our family! Plenty of space, smaller pool right outside our door, lovely well maintained gated community. The villa had everything we needed, it was stocked with towels, full kitchen and basic supplies (salt and pepper etc). We hope to return!

I never want to leave!

The house was totally great. Gorgeous views of the pool, the mountain, and beautiful flowering trellis. La quinta is heaven on earth. The property manager was fantastic, Bernadette... she's a rockstar! I wanted to reserve for next year for a month or 2, and they nearly DOUBLED the rate! Ouch! So we found another location across the street.

We were literally few steps away from the pool! We loved the surrounding area, nice and quiet and having full access to the La Quinta resort was so nice. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting the area. Whenever we had a question or need, the staff was always responsive and ensured our needs were addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful!!! We enjoyed our time there. My only suggestions would be to describe it as a split floor plan on the website (regarding the bedrooms). This is a big plus. And also include the square footage on the website. You may also want to highlight the location of the condo within the complex. That was another plus about the unit that we didn't know until we arrived. These pieces of info are very helpful when trying to make a decision about renting while looking at pictures online. Also, more clarity about what amenities you have access to at the resort. I asked at the front desk upon checking in and they could not answer the question. The kitchen needs one more BIG pot to complete it's inventory :)That said, we could not have been more pleased!! THANK YOU!!!
