Great location for exploring Montreal’s various neighborhoods. walk to Metro, restaurants, and coffee/bakeries. The unit was great, fully equipped kitchen, huge rooftop deck. I’ll be back.

This place was great, the terrace was a nice thing to have, due to weather wish we could have used it more.Only thing I would emphasize for older renters is the 4 flight walk up. Fine for us but if you’ve got lots of or heavy luggage maybe not great.Plenty of walkable restaurants nearby, easy walking around.Absolutely would stay again.

Parking was slightly sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Proximity to metro (Sherbrooke) and restaurants (Bistrot La Fabrique!!!) was fantastic. The apartment was quiet and had all the accoutrements we needed. Only downside: 4th floor walk-up, which is only a problem if you're exhausted at the end of a long day in beautiful Montreal!

Frank's condo was everything we could have asked for on our three-night trip to Montreal. Close to the metro station, as well as a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, the fourth-floor condo served as a comfortable and convenient home base for us. We very much appreciated the designated parking space included in the rental price. When the wi-fi suddenly went down on our last night, Frank responded promptly with a solution. My only complaint is that the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, so plan to bring your own if that's a concern. The bed itself was firm, but supportive. Overall, the condo served our needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Needed information

Very comfortable apartment, very good location, etc. The problem we had was with the instructions: I had parked in a garage by the time I got a reply to my question about what to do with the car. And we thought to use the WiFi after we felt it was too late to contact the caretaker, so we had to do without it. Clear written instructions would solve this problem. The lack of an elevator should also be noted.

Great location!

Frank's flat provided everything we needed during our week in Montreal. The location was great! It's a block away from a pedestrian-only street in the Quartier des Spectacles filled with restaurants, pubs, cafes, and street performers. It's possible to walk down to the Vieux Port and Old Montreal areas, although it's a bit of a hike (about 15 minutes). The Metro station is just around the corner, though, allowing you to get anywhere you want, quickly and efficiently. The flat is small, but enough for 2 people. We appreciated the AC (30 degrees plus high humidity!) and the rooftop patio for morning coffee. (I would highly recommend the addition of an umbrella so it can be used throughout the day!) We also appreciated Frank's quick responses to a few small problems that occurred while we were there. He attended to all our needs so that we could be completely comfortable. I recommend this flat as a small, simple, but highly convenient accommodation. We'd stay again!

Very simple condo, well located in close proximity to restaurants, Metro station, and bus lines. Plenty of space for 2 adults. This is a 4th floor walk up with no elevator, so people with mobility issues should avoid. Very responsive host.

Appartement agréable

Appartement très lumineux, agréable et bien situé près du métro afin de visiter Montréal. Le parking pour la voiture est un plus très appréciable.
