Au cœur de Paris, notre appartement est dans un quartier piéton animé et prisé. Surplombant une cour paisible, il offre une bulle de sérénité en ville.
Dans un immeuble du 19ème siècle, il allie charme historique et modernité.
Parfait pour tourisme ou affaires, sa localisation idéale près des métros facilite la découverte de la ville lumière.

The apartment, nestled on the first floor of a historic Parisian building, overlooks an inner courtyard ensuring tranquility, while being in the heart of the liveliest district of Paris. It spans 40 m2 and offers a living room with a sitting area, television, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer).
The spacious bathroom features an Italian-style rain shower and a toilet.
Finally, an elegant bedroom boasts a King size bed and a walk-in closet.
We lived in this home for many years, which has been renovated with high-quality materials. Now, we open it to our guests so they can fully enjoy the charms of the City of Light.

Nice one bedroom apartment located in a great neighborhood that was very close to many pedestrian areas, lots of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, groceries and any amenities you may need. Walking distance to Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre and other sights. Our first European shower that did not leak! Kitchen equipped to cook small meals, quiet location.

Wonderful stay!

Excellent experience. From check in to check out, Charles provided great communication. The property is exactly as described, nestled in a great neighborhood, just steps from the Metro and the Monoprix. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Excellent location and great place to stay

Loved the place. It has everything you need. Abdou was very good with communication and made clear to text him if I need anything. I didn’t because everything was great. Location is convenient to everything and safe! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

I have stayed in central Paris many times and this was another great one. The place was as advertised. It was a very quiet unit with all the basic amenities. I really appreciated that the washer/dryer was in English! The Italian restaurant just downstairs turned into a regular stop for me. One block from the French Ba**ards bakery was also a plus.

Great stay

Very comfortable apartment in a great location. The apt has been nicely renovated and was clean and well equipped. The location can't be beat; it's on a pedestrian street filled with shops/cafes/restaurants, and another pedestrian street is just a couple blocks away. The communication with Charles, check-in, etc., all went smoothly. I would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks!

The place is absolutely wonderful, just as described or even better. The location is perfect, close to the metro and walking distance from many places. The communication with the management was also great, they were fast and kind. Overall an amazing place to stay. The only drawback (may not apply to you at all) is the late check in. We have stayed at many VRBOs throughout the world and the normal check in is around 3:00pm. It did make our first day complicated as we lugged our baggage around and that was cumbersome. You can pay E100 to come in at 2:00 (I think). So I would plan on securing a place to store your luggage or pay the money. Overall though, this was a fabulous place. Def recommend it!!
