Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Buchung und Checkin waren problemlos.Die Sauberkeit ging so. Wir haben es mit einer einfachen Reinigung sauberer verlassen, als wir es übernommen haben. Schade...Der Stromverbrauch war sehr hoch und damit kommen in einer Woche noch hohe Nebenkosten auf den Mieter drauf zu. Bitte vorher mitkalkulieren.Das Haus ist auch gut 20 Jahre alt, daher hat die Einrichtung entsprechende Nutzungsspuren.Dennoch ein gelungener Urlaub!

Wir waren in diesem Haus vor 2 Jahren schon einmal und haben es gezielt wieder gebucht.Das Haus ist geräumig und der Blick zur Ostsee ist wunderschön.Ein kleiner Hinweis noch...im Schlafzimmer mit der Terrasse könnte die Tür eventuell zum Kippen sein, da ja sonst kein Fenster zum Öffnen in diesem Raum ist. Man muss diese Tür voll öffnen, um mit frischer Luft schlafen zu können.

Das Haus hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und eine tolle Umgebung. Der nächste Ort Nordborg mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés, Restaurants. Das Haus selbst hat eine tolle Terrasse und ist eher minimalistisch eingerichtet und hat nicht so eine hyggeligge Raumausstattung, aber alles was man braucht ist da. Es gibt eine Tv und HiFi Ausstattung, ohne Smart Tv. Die Betten sind bequem. Man kann viele Ausflüge von Lavensby machen, die max. 30 Autominuten entfernt sind. Z.B. an den Mommark oder Kobingmarkstrand (Sandstrand 10 Autominuten entfernt). Oder auch nach Augustenborg oder Sønderborg. Wir waren zwei Wochen da und konnten super abschalten vom Alltag.
