This apartment and it´s adjoining studio completely airconditioned, and tastefully decorated for your relaxing vacation in the fishing village of puerto morelo
--puertomorelosbeachhouse--The fishing village is so charming with the best beach in the region. You will enjoy amazing views of the sunrise and sunset from the roof terrace.

The distance from the main square to the apartment is 2/3 of a mile on the street or --puertomorelosbeachhouse-- on the beach where you will find little stores, great restaurants, grocerie stores, convenience stores, fish market or enjoy buying your fresh caught fish of the day directly from the boats at the puerto morelos pier, where you can bring it to the apartment and cook or barbecue them.

Or if you want you can enjoy the fine restaurants in town with the confidence that the walk into town is safe and charming
Also--puertomorelosbeachhouse-- if you need extra bedrooms there is a detached 2BDR apartment underneath the 3bdr apartment on top at an additional charge.

We loved our stay in Puerto Morelos. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was so close to the beach and the rooftop sun deck and small pool were a bonus. The hosts were there to help us with all of our needs. They delivered water and beach chairs to our doorstep.

There's not enough nice things to say about this rental. The pictures don't do it justice. The apartment has more than enough space for 3 couple. It's centrally located to town and the beach is steps away. We'll definitely be back!!

Fantastic PM Spot.

The Pajarito Apt. was a really good find. The photos do not do it any justice, as that rooftop patio is massive with really good views of the ocean. Fully furnished interior with a full kitchen, and easily operable air conditioning if the rooftop wading pool isn't enough to fully cool you off. If it helps to know: the boardwalk immediately adjacent to the property that gives you beach access is under construction. The property in front of the apartment usually grants access to the beach via their private walkway; or, you could walk to the neighboring bar/beach club and get to the beach very easily (literally a two minute walk, if that). You're about a 13 minute walk from the main square in Playa Puerto Morelos and a slew of really good restuarants and bars. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location and great service

The six of us (4 adults and two children) spent three weeks at El Pajarito. The unit was clean, well laid out and spacious with the outdoor areas. Any concerns that we had were addressed promptly by the staff on site. The beach was amazingly close and town was a 15 minute walk away. They also provided beach towels which was a bonus. Despite what the write up says, there is no direct access to a washing machine. There is a person who comes by twice a week who provides cleaning and you can negotiate for her to do the laundry. We would have liked to have known this ahead of time so that we could have packed accordingly. We would recommend to the owner to provide a broom for the unit as we would have appreciated being able to sweep up the sand more frequently than twice a week.

This location is as close to the beach as you can be without being on it! Our unit had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and functional. The air conditioners are numerous and work beautifully which is much appreciated after the heat of the day. We love Puerto Morales and this is a super convenient place to stay!

Beautiful terrace!

We stayed at this 3 bedroom property for 12 nights last February, and really loved it. Location was perfect to us: in the middle of action but private and secluded at the same time. In walking distance to town, few steps to the beach, short taxi drive to excellent supermarket, night time entertainment. Even though it is a second building from the beach we enjoyed ocean view from two bedrooms and balcony on the main floor and huge terrace on the third floor. It was our favorite place for evening gatherings. The third bedroom was not as luxury as another two but still useable. Staff was very helpful. The owner nice and friendly, willing to accommodate all your needs. We had great time at El Pajarito apartment!!

Exceeds Expectations

My family has been going to PM for 10 years and we have stayed in some great places, including one right on the beach, but this place beats them all. Not only does the rooftop patio have a killer ocean view, it also comes with a palapa, a grill and jetted POOL. Actually more of an oversized tub than a pool, you won't be swimming laps, but on a hot day you'll be glad it's up there. The recent expansion was also a nice surprise (this is the third time we've stayed in this unit), it tripled the living space and kitchen upgrade is fantastic. We'll be back.

Great condo in Puerto Morelos

Our family of 5 loved this condo in Pueto Morelos! My wife and I have stayed in PM every year for 15 years. Finally, we invited our, now college-age children. This 3 bedroom condo fit our needs perfectly. Thanks to great weather and the roof-top deck, we had plenty of room to spread out, enjoy the sun and relax. The interior common area is somewhat small, so if it had been stormy, we would have been a bit cramped. However, the view, the beach and town are all great! The bedrooms are beautiful, the kitchen,; well appointed, the staff (maid and grounds) were accommodating. Pam, the owner was particularly helpful as we prepared and arrived. Highly recommended!

We had a great time! The unit is not directly on the beach, but it's spacious and beautiful - with a great view from the 3rd floor deck. Pam and Roberto were very easy to work with. We'll be back next year!
