Luxury/5-star new build home with Roof top desirable Katie Hill less than a mile from Downtown. Its conveniently located to all the entertainment Nashville has to offer, very close to East Nashville Restaurants, Titans Stadium, Bridgestone and Convention Center. Every popular local and tourist areas are within few minutes ride on Uber/Lyft.
We do have few units, so if planning larger gathering, please ask about option combining.

Great space

Neighborhood is in the midst of being revitalized. Convenient location for uber/cab. House has great space. Three bed/three bath. Clean enough-appliances were all smudged and several light bulbs out, but owner was responsive. Would recommend. Lot of bang for the buck and much better value than hotels by the strip!

Nashville Trip to Broadway

Our stay was great! The house was very clean and felt very welcoming. We appreciated the alarm system and the ease of checking in. The only thing I would mention to future renters is we didn’t know one of the doors connected to the other unit and wasn’t locked from our side so a renter from that side popped into our vrbo but they were nice and we locked it after.😂 The host was quick to respond to our messages and we had no issues during our stay. The location is a short ride to downtown where we spent the majority of our time, but we still enjoyed hanging out in the house while we were there.

Owner cancelled morning of trip

I had booked this house for a bachelorette party months ago (we were coming into Nashville from out of state). The morning of the trip, I received an email from VRBO that the reservation had been cancelled due to them not being able to contact the host. The email stated that I would receive a refund in 5-10 business days. My bachelorette group had to call around to hotels to make a last minute reservation and luckily found something. This was absolutely a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

The apartment itself was great. The neighborhood…not so great. However, we had no issues and had a great time.

Beautiful stay

This was a perfect place for my group we enjoyed the weather and the patio we had to be outside we couldn’t hear our neighbors either it was beautiful only thing that wasn’t provided was silverware so we had to go get some
