Le Bonrepos - T3 sur les Ramblas de Toulouse

Located at the top of the Ramblas in Toulouse, Cocoonr offers you this superb, very spacious 112 m² flat with parking space. For 4 people, ideally placed to make the most of the city and your stay, enjoy this accommodation with family or friends and look forward to some good times ahead. The 2 separate bedrooms are ideal for relaxing after an intense day's sightseeing.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV and access to a walkway that runs alongside the accommodation to enjoy the sun.
- A kitchen opening onto the lounge, fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, cooking utensils, dishwasher, etc. There is a dining area with a dining table. The coffee machine is a Nespresso.
- One bedroom has a double bed (140x190), for which we provide sheets, bath towels and household linen.
- One bedroom has a king-size bed (200x200), for which we provide the sheets and towels. There is also a dressing room for your belongings.
- The bathroom has a bath, 2 washbasins with mirrors and a separate toilet. A hairdryer and washing machine are also available.

Parking: The flat has a free parking space in the Indigo Jean Jaurès underground car park.

- Welcome pack:
On your arrival, you will find a small welcome kit in the flat, including a few coffee pods and tea bags for your first breakfast, shower gel/shampoo and kitchen condiments.

The keys to the flat are kept in a KeyCafe locker located 11 minutes' walk from the flat. Access limited to opening hours: 08:00-21:00

Minor problem pile up

The location is great and the layout of apartment gives lots of space. I was in a car so accessing key box was a challenge. The parking card wasn’t in the box and even though it was 1810 on Saturday, didn’t get a response until Monday. The other things were equally annoying but not end of the world: bad smell (so opened windows), expectation to take out trash without telling where the dumpster was

Attention en été, prévoir de dormir les fenêtres fermées (mais il y a la clim). Le seul bémol du séjour est : - le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas - les instructions qui demandent de sortir la poubelle (sinon retenue sur caution) ... qui nous a valu une session visite de la ville en quête d'un lieu de dépôts des poubelles. Mis à part ces 2 détails (qui semblent faciles à rectifier par l'agence), c'était vraiment top"

Le Bonrepos Excellent séjour passé dans ce bel appartement. Très propre et hyper agréable. Même le savon sent très bon. J’y serai bien resté pour y vivre !! Tout proche de la gare hyper pratique et centre ville accessible à pied. Il y a une supérette juste à côté. Le Parking aussi est un très gros avantage. L’agence cocoonr a été très réactive à mes demandes. Rien à dire, n’hésitez pas, pour le réserver vous ne regretterez pas
