Agreeable villa with lanai in the Village des Pins Community (with an outdoor pool!), only at a 15 min drive from the #1 beach in USA: Siesta Key.

This is a nicely furnished 1,353 sqft with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a garage. You will find a small table and 2 chairs as you enter the villa as a small relaxing outdoor area.

★Living Area:
As you enter the villa, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room.
You will enjoy the living area with its tiled floor that brightens the room, and comfortable furniture: white couches, TV, small desk as your working area, side tables...Large windows bring in light.
The brown dining table seats 4 guests.
On your right, you will find a beautiful glass table that seats 4 guests.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The kitchen includes appliances and amenities such as microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blander, dishwasher, fridge, dishes....

★Bedrooms:
Bedsheets provided.
The master bedroom is nicely decorated with a cream-colored king-size bed and matching night stands, a chest of drawers and a TV. Large sliding doors allow you to access the quiet lanai.
The second bedroom features 2 single beds, TV and closet.

★Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms feature a toilet, sinks and showers (no tubs).

★Laundry:
The washer/dryer are located in a built-in cupboard.

★Outdoor Space:
The screened-in outdoor area is perfect for a relaxing moment with its table and 4 chairs and nice view!

★Parking:
The villa comes with a garage.

★Pool:
The Village des Pins Community features an outdoor pool! Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

★Location:
Great location as well! The Village des pains Residence is a 15 min drive to the famous Siesta Key Beach with its vacation vibe, restaurants, bars...
15 min to Turtle Beach.
20 min to downtown Sarasota.
2 min to the Sarasota Square Mall.
20 min from Myakka River State Park (Alligators and birds! a must see!)

Lovely accommodations

We are frequent visitator's to the Sarasota area. Villages des Pins was centrally located to beach, cultural explorations and shopping. Accommodations were more than adequate. Rooms were spacious. Property manager was pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We look forward to return next year.

Relaxing Spring Break

The property is well kept, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and tennis courts are nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. It a is a perfect place to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. Our host, Clara, is a wonderful communicator and quick to respond. We will definitely book again!!

A Pleasant Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. There were just two issues. The king size bed had a lumpy and uneven mattress and the kitchen cabinet doors were a little shoddy. Clara, the property manager was very responsive.

Quiet stay

This condo was very spacious. It definitely needs some updating. The toilets barely flushed even when a child used them. It seemed clean, but after showering & walking barefoot around the condo, our feet were black on the bottom. The area is nice & quiet with plenty to do at night or take a walk. Close to stores as well

Delightful Home in Sarasota

We enjoyed the house and the Village des Pins neighborhood. The house was light and bright. Comfortable sofas. Beautiful large-screen TV. The king sized bed was quite high. Our pool-loving friend said the community pool was the nicest she had experienced. It was enjoyable to have green space around the buildings. The correct wifi info was in the house book. It was handy to have a stoplight at the entrance to the neighborhood. Siesta Key was a short drive away. Use double spin for the washer. The dryer made a racket.
