Owners and the property manager welcome reviews from past guests as they are very important for future happy stays! The guests bedroom was set up with queen and twin size bed to accommodate different needs of our guests. We had all good responses from past reservations, with guests welcoming the option for larger bed in second bedroom or the ability to fit 5 guests. Owners are regularly updating this villa - last time it was a remodel of both bathrooms and new carpeting. The floor is on their list. We will check on the washer to make sure it is working properly. Hello, we appreciate all comments and suggestions from our guests, so we can work on improving the property condition for future guests. We have forwarded the note about the stove cleaning to our cleaning crew for correction; and as to the other reported issues - we are aware of one master bdrm dresser drawer that does not close properly, but unfortunately, it is unrepairable and it is only one small drawer. The plywood under the mattress is not really needed there, the mattress is thick and good quality - it was left there by a mistake when the owner swap mattresses and did not remove the plywood. The garbage disposal is not there, because it was rarely used in the past, had to be replaced few times in a row, so owner has decided not to install one. Vertical blinds in living room - owner will be replacing those soon. Plumbing issues -we are looking into the kitchen faucet water pressure problem and igf necessary, we will replace the faucet. Toilets - nobody else have reported this issue, but we will investigate it and work on correction. Thank you Manager Monika

I am responding to the review left by Cindy as a Property Manager, representing owners. What we all have been experiencing since mid March of 2020 is an everyday changing life conditions none of us has dealt with before. We are all victims here, no exceptions and all of us are feeling the hardship. Guests by having to make sudden changes to their vacation plans, facing fear of traveling back home in unsafe environment; homeowners experiencing huge losses in the mid of the highest income season, but still held responsible for covering all expenses associated with their investment property. And property managers, loosing all reservations at once, dealing with cancellations, new requirements, guidelines to follow. Cindy was a very responsible and caring guest and I would recommend her to any host. I just want to comment on few things in her review. We have apologized for the dirty coffee filter and reminded our cleaning lady to always check on it. In regards of the dishwasher issue - I communicated with Cindy right when she reported it and recommended to try a different outlet, which showed to be the solution for this problem. When Cindy approached us with cancellation for month of April, the owner offered 50% of credit towards future reservation within one year. She declined that offer, asking for cash refund and the owner agreed to refund 25% of the amount. The refund was processed on 03/28/2020 through VRBO site, so the information about the refund not being issued on 04/14 is incorrect. Owners and I have no control over when and how VRBO and Home Away processing the refund. Due to Covid 19 situation we have changed our cancellation policy to favor our guests and have a special Covid-19 policy as part of our Rental Rules. Sincerely Monika The Property Manager
