Our location is ideal, close to the famous Place de la Bastille and public transportation, allowing you to easily get around the entire city. THE SPACE:

Welcome to our charming newly renovated apartment located in the 11th arrondissement. This 700 sq ft apartment is designed to offer a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the capital.

The apartment comprises:

-A spacious living room with a sofa bed (available upon request with an additional fee), providing you with extra relaxation space if needed.

-The 2 bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds (160 cm x 200 cm), featuring quality cotton bedding and four pillows per bed to ensure peaceful and restful nights.

-1 baby crib is available upon request.

- 1 bathroom includes a shower, a sink and toilet, along with a hairdryer for your convenience.

- You will also find a fully equipped American kitchen, including all utensils, cutlery, glasses, plates, cooking pans, and a coffee machine. Additionally, we provide an oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave, allowing you to prepare meals just like at home.

- For your comfort, each room in the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature regardless of the season. Furthermore, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected during your stay.

Our apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. GUEST ACCESS:

Our apartment is equipped with a secure key box, which means you will not have to worry about the arrival time. You can retrieve your keys independently at any time, using a unique PIN code that you will receive by email. This allows you to not be locked out or to wait for hours to retrieve the keys. The key box is located in the apartment building, so it is very easy to retrieve. This feature is particularly convenient for travelers who arrive late or have unpredictable schedules. It's a real plus for your stay with us, you can arrive at any time without worrying about the arrival time. Furthermore, if you want an early check-in to avoid being burdened with your luggage, there are many companies just next to the apartment that can keep your luggage for you. If it's possible, we can organize an early check-in for you, but we can only confirm that a few days before your arrival.

Travelers have unrestricted access to the entire accommodation. However, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

This apartment does not accept the organization of parties: significant charges will apply if travelers do not respect this. In the event of a complaint from our neighborhood, tenants will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, with no possible refund. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need to use the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the sheets for you. The same goes for the baby bed, which is available upon request only.
