we come every year to lake chelan, and this house allowed the closest we have ever stayed to town. there was significant parking which allowed friends & family to visit easily. wonderful grassy backyard with chain link fence that was great for my 18-month old nephew!

Loved the location - right on the lake and a short walk into town! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the beautiful sunset each night. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything g we needed for a memorable family vacation!

Look, I have stayed in a number (5-6) different VRBOs in Lake Chelan over the last 15 years. This one “has it all”! Its proximity to town and ALL activities (boat/jet ski rentals/ surf park/water park and even golf) is beyond all others. It has been wonderfully updated with lots of usable space, outdoor space, deck, warf, etc. It’s price for summer stays may be prohibitive to some but … YOLO or you will live eternally in FOMO. Just callvit a day and rent a vacation in paradise.

This is our favorite home to stay in Chelan. It is children and pet friendly and is close to down. Love the beautifully remodeled kitchen and new flooring!

Wonderful property right on the lake and walking distance into town. Loved that we could keep our pup in the fenced back yard. The kids had a BLAST jumping into the lake from the dock. Would definitely book this home again. Just wonderful.

Amazing home!

We loved our stay here. The home is beautiful, has everything you need, the yard is perfect for our family and dogs, and being on the water and having our boat right there was amazing. Lana was very responsive to questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend and we would love to stay there again!!! Thank you Lana for letting us stay there!!

Absolutely Superb

Fantastic stay at this well located property. Outside areas are beautiful with your own private deck. We had a family wedding in chelan and this was the perfect chill out place before the wedding events. Lana was a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family purchased this property because years ago we fell in love with Lake Chelan.
We love this place and spend a lot of time at the house ourselves but would like to give the opportunity to enjoy it to other families as well. We hope you would love it as much as we do and will create lots of wonderful memories at our Downtown Beach House!
