The Main Living/Dining area feels even more spacious with vaulted ceilings and the 2 Sliders offer easy access to enjoy the wonderfully private outdoors with a nice-sized patio, high privacy walls. screened Lanai is a perfect spot to enjoy your own little slice of heaven. The Master Suite offers direct access to the Lanai, and the En-Suite Bath has a Spacious Walk-in Closet, Granite Counters with Sit-down Vanity, and a Tiled Shower. The Guest Room has a full bath (with a Tub/Shower Combination and Granite Counters), making for a very comfortable private suite for your occasional guests. • Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Security deposit less cleaning fee will be returned once the property is inspected, this will be done within 10 days of departure.
• The Villages is an active senior community for residents 55+ No children, pets, or smoking, please. The occasional stay of children is ok, but please check with the owners first.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and no cats . Please understand regarding pets we do screen as next tenants could be allergic.
