Joli Appartement au Coeur du Marais Historique Avec Terrasse

I am offering my apartment for rent again after 4 years during which we occupied it full-time. Before that, it was offered on Vrbo and rented with great success.
I will be delighted to welcome you back to my apartment which has just been renovated. It has a beautiful little terrace, it is perfect for 4 people in a beautiful building with elevator in the heart of the historic Marais.
The area is the most sought-after in Paris: Notre Dame, the Hotel de Ville, the Pompidou Centre and the Picasso Museum are just a few steps away. Above all, you can stroll through the narrow streets of the Marais, where you will find many shops and restaurants and where you can feel the historic and trendy atmosphere of the centre of the capital.
My accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with sofa bed, 1 terrace, 1 comfortable bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom. You will have all the comfort you need to enjoy both the central location and the calm you need to rest after a day of sightseeing. You will be close to all the attractions of Paris.
Transport is extremely convenient and close to the apartment. Metros and other public transportation lines are nearby and will allow you to quickly access all the iconic spaces of Paris and its surroundings.

We were at Maxime’s apartment for 3 nights. It is as described. Very comfortable, and with a very well fitted out kitchen, living area and bathroom. Maxime was very clear in our meeting instructions and arrived at the front door as we did. He check in with us (via app) a few times to make sure all was going well. A great location and quartier. A great place and an excellent host

Family trip to Paris

My family of 4 (1 and 3 years) stayed here for several nights and it was perfect. Pack/play provided and the location was perfect for seeing many of the major sights in the city. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely spot in the Marais

My daughter and I loved staying in this cute apartment. The bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable and the area was very quiet at night. There were tons of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.

The host was lovely and very responsive before and during the stay. The apartment was perfect for our group of 4, and we absolutely loved the neighborhood. Great sites, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance.

Lovely and clean

Our family of 3 had a great stay in this apartment. The location was great - we were able to walk to many of the big attractions within 20 minutes, there were tons of great food options in every direction we walked. Communication was clear and easy. Would recommend.

The Best Located Apartment!

The apartment looks just like it does in the photos and was perfect for our 3 night stay in Paris. Located in a very central but quiet location, the apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the short walk to the many attractions and restaurants close by. We can only highly recommend the apartment - and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful 12days in Paris and the apartment was perfect for us. It's comfortable and cute, well equipped and communication with host is excellent. The location is fantastic, with 3 different Metro lines in close walking distance, artisan boulangerie and butcher very close too. There's several close walking distance supermarkets, pharmacy and so many wonderful options for dining and drinks! We would walk in a different direction every evening and find so many different cultural cuisines, all fantastic quality! An historic area, we are very happy we stayed here.

Super Paris apartment

Owner very accomodating as we arrived later in the evening. Apartment large for Paris standards and well laid out. Kitchen very well equipped. Balcony good for a drink and a rest after walking all day. We enjoyed the area and hope to come back.

Great week in Paris

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth. Location was in between a few different metro lines to get anywhere (2-10 min walk). Close to pedestrian streets full of restaurants - and we cooked in the apartment half the time. Enjoyed the stay. Thanks Maxime.

Perfect location to feel Parisian

My daughter and I stayed for four nights in this wonderful apartment. Location was perfect to walk to Notre Dame (not short but very doable) or La Marais. Easy to get around on the bus or metro. Communication was exceptional and the personalized tour of the unit was a bonus. We couldn’t have been happier. Bonus..a very good hairdryer!! So many fun restaurants and shops within a short walking distance.

Un bon moment dans Le Marais

My partner and I had a lovely time in this apartment when visiting Paris. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable and is just around the corner from a Velib dock. It was an easy ride from this location to all of the places we wanted to visit throughout Marais and central Paris. The apartment had plenty of space for both of us to work remotely, and was a lovely, quiet respite after a long day exploring the city. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions. The apartment is bright and spacious. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable sofa bed. The only problem was the construction that has just started in the next building and will be ongoing for the next several months. The construction noise is loud and starts at 8 am and goes to 4pm five days a week. So there is no sleeping in and no afternoon naps, except on weekends. Maxime was unaware of the construction and very apologetic about the noise. He did give us some money back. He is also offering a discount for future stays because of the noise. If you are planning on sightseeing all day and leave early in the morning, the construction noise will not affect you. If you are planning on sleeping in and having lazy afternoons, this apartment might not be for you.
