Great location in Clearwater Beach situated on Clearwater Bay and across from the beach. A 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is on the 3rd floor of a 4 story condo building and has gorgeous Bay views. With a master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, and three full bathrooms, this unit can sleep up to six guests comfortably, has a luxury balcony that overlooks the bay, and has a pool. Clearwater Beach is a short walk across the street.
Kitchen: The kitchen is light and airy with light granite countertops, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer with in-the-door water and ice. It is fully equipped for cooking meals and has a blender and a Keurig coffee pot. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: There are bar stools at the breakfast bar and looks into the dining area with seating for six
Living Room: A comfy coastal living room with a TV, ceiling fan, and bay views along with sliding doors to the luxury balcony.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom sits overlooking the bay with sliding door access to the luxury balcony, and has a King-sized bed, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The master bathroom is spacious with a garden tub, shower, toilet room, and double vanity sinks.
Bedroom #2: Has a Queen-sized bed, dresser, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #3: Has a Queen-sized bed, dresser, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #3: Full bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower.
Washer and dryer included in the unit! The outdoor balcony space has a four-top bar table and resort-style sectional couch to relax and enjoy Florida's wonderful weather and sights!

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved parking spot. There is some street parking along the condo building complex, but is limited and first come first serve.

The immediate surrounding area has a lot to choose from within walking distance, such as different arrays of cuisines, retail shops, beach shops, gas stations, putt-putt, liquor stores, and an Island Market. There are also plenty of recreation and watersports rentals in the area such as electric bikes, electric scooters, small electrical vehicles, and boat rentals. The Clearwater Jolley Trolley is also a great option to get around the beach town.
Clearwater has been frequently ranked as one of the BEST BEACHES in the USA, has been listed in the top 6 best in the world beaches by TripAdvisor, and was awarded the ranking of Florida's Best Beach Town by USA Today. With its white sandy beaches and plenty of options for people of all ages, you will find something fun for all to enjoy. Clearwater Beach is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA) and 25 miles from downtown Tampa. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is also within close proximity to Clearwater Beach.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
