In addition to the private swimming pool you can access via a secure path inside the urbanization a very large community swimming pool 40m from the house.

A final cleaning of €85 is mandatory with an anti-covid protocol. This amount will be given on arrival to the people who will give you the keys. It includes bed sheets as well as bath towels. Beds are made upon your arrival.

Shopping

Less than 4 minutes by car you will find the La Fuente shopping center with Aldi and Mercadona and 25 restaurants open all year round.

Less than ten minutes by car you will find the Zenia Boulevard shopping center (Orihuela Costa), which houses 180 stores and has ample indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired by American Open Malls, you will find fashion, telephone, DIY, household appliances stores, restaurants (35), bars, a hypermarket, areas for children, playground, bowling alley etc...
It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday (Sunday 35 times per year) from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (with the exception of the cinema and the leisure and catering area which remain open later).

Not far from your place of residence, you can visit many famous places: Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Cartagena.

8 minutes by car are numerous (around fifteen) fine sandy beaches such as Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Mata...

Water sports are obviously a must. Boat rental with or without a license, jet-ski, padel, buoy, water parks at sea and on land, amusement park, animal park etc...

The popular Mar Menor region is around 15 minutes away. Many local bars and restaurants offer traditional cuisine. This place is well known for its lagoon and for the temperature of its water: 21° in winter.

There are other attractions in the area: Aquapolis, Aquapark Waterworld, a go-kart track, horse riding, painball, sailing, Rio Safari... so many activities you can enjoy during your stay.

The house is located less than a five-minute walk from the 18-hole Las Ramblas Golf Course. The golf courses of Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Colinas (2022 award for the most beautiful golf course in Spain) are approximately 5 minutes away by car.
