This newly re-furnished property sits on the 12th hole of the famous Spruce Run Course at Grand Traverse Resort. This property has been updated with new appliances and furnishings. Basic toiletries are provided as well as numerous board games and DVDs. A remote work space is available with a printer for your convenience.

We loved this place. The location was perfect for the horse show, being downtown, near Elk Rapids, and with many restaurants nearby. We loved the coziness of the condo, and it had everything we needed. It was a very hot week, but we stayed cool with the AC and enjoyed the golf course sunsets.

Softball Weekend

Stayed in the condos while watching my Granddaughter play ball. My husband and I loved the condo. It was well stocked and close to everything we needed.

Great place to stay

Location is extremely convenient for easy in and out. We stayed for a weekend get away. Condo is very well stocked for cooking and was very clean. Owner was very responsive and made sure we knew all pertinent details. We would absolutely stay again.

A great place to stay near Traverse City. The view is awesome.

A beautiful condo. We are repeat guests. They just added a twin bed to one of the bedrooms which is perfect for our daughter. This is a great location for doing day trips up to Harbor Springs or Fishtown. We will definitely be back.

Cozy Condo

We were very happy with our stay! Condo was very clean and cozy. Had everything we needed. Location was perfect as it’s 5 minutes to the horse show and 10-15 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Will stay again next time we’re in town.

Beautiful condo, fresh updates to furniture and flooring. Always very clean and accommodating. Centrally located so we can jump in the car and take many different mini road trips to local towns. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Perfect and clean

We spent a quick weekend up north visiting family in Elk Rapids area. This was in a great location and absolutely spotless. Super cute and cozy decor as well. Will definitely look to book again for our next trip up north!

4th of July get away

Everything was so nice about this place. From the location to the comfortable beds, super clean and very well appointed. Even had quality toilet paper. 😂. Something you don’t always get at a vrbo. Will definitely be back.

Clean, Relaxing Condo!

We had a great stay at this property! The condo was clean and had everything you would expect out of a rental. We spent most of our time watching golfers from the porch. It’s also walking distance to a restaurant and a couple minute drive to the pro shop at the grand traverse resort. We would definitely stay again!

Comfy, cute, with great views

The pictures do not do this place justice. Everything is perfect! From the decor, to the munchie basket, the cleanliness, the communication..ALL 110% spot on. We stayed here for the Bayshore marathon and were able to get a great rest and great family vacation!! Cant wait to book again.

Very clean

We really enjoyed our stay, but heard every noise from the tenant above us. If that is not a big deal to you, this is the place. The location is great, it's well stocked and very clean.

Beautiful Condo near TC

This condo is so beautiful. Gives you that cozy home feeling. Quiet, end unit. Located on a golf course. Walkable to a restaurant. TC 25-30 minute drive. Enjoy many restaurants and wineries. A wonderful place to put your feet up after a day in TC. Wonderful little touches of a treat box, k cups, and perfect streaming available on the TV. However, I really loved the touch of the DVD collection, books, and board games available! Great place to stay with wonderful hosts. Thank you and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and peaceful

The condo was wonderful. It was a great location and very clean. I enjoyed the fluffy towels and the mattress was very comfortable. The only downside (which was my fault for not asking) there was only one small bathroom. For two people it was fine for two couples it would have been a struggle.

PERFECT Traverse city vacation. Condo was spotless. Location is perfect for golf ..beach ..night life …restaurants. We have been vacationing there for 20 years. Always stayed at over priced hotel, NEVER AGAIN… this will be our go to location. So many thoughtful details to make you feel at home and welcomed. McGees is a MUST for dinner. Best meal we have had in Traverse City. THANK YOU!
