Step into our bright, open 1-bedroom waterfront condo, designed for comfort and stunning Grand Traverse Bay views. This retreat sleeps four in the king bed and sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy is five when the fifth guest is a child or infant using the provided Pack ’n Play/travel crib.



House rule: Maximum five guests; no more than four adults age 18 or older. The fifth guest must be a child or infant.



• Living Area: Large bay view windows, Smart TV, cozy seating, high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Private Balcony: Lakefront balcony perfect for enjoying sunrise coffee or evening wine with breathtaking bay views.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, all necessary cookware, and utensils. Dining table available for meals.

• Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable King bed, ample closet space, and a dresser for your belongings.

Very very amazing hosts love the condo would not mind having our own kids loved it very clean and well furnished we brought our own items but they had it alll!!!

We walked in the door and were taken away by the amazing view! The hosts went above and beyond, supplying k cups, tea, creamers, and sweeteners, as well as a welcome basket.

We had a wonderful time with our family. The condo was perfect for our beach stay and had everything we needed! The beach was perfect and our kids enjoyed their time there from morning until night. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with all questions. We will be back!

Our stay at Hemingway was wonderful. It’s an impeccably clean attractive and updated condo on the beach in a quiet building. The king bed and sheets were comfortable. The building and area around are well maintained. We enjoyed coffee and our light breakfast while sitting at a high top bistro table looking out at the water watching the mist dissolve as the sun rose. Would recommend this place highly.

This place was amazing and I highly recommend! Everything was clean, fully stocked kitchen including a water filtration container in the refrigerator. The host checked in several times to see if we needed anything. It’s a very quiet condo… we heard no one the entire time we were there. We did some hiking and it was close to the trails so we didn’t have to drive far. We would definitely come back!
Perfect place to relax all day!

Weekend Getaway

Location and views were perfect - overlooking the East Arm of Grand Traverse Bay with beach access. Only a short drive from downtown Traverse City and Mission Peninsula. The property was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed very new and updated. Well-appointed with everything needed for our weekend getaway. Communication and check in processes were excellent! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay at this property again in the future!

The view from the balcony was amazing! All the pics are very accurate in the description. We are a couple in our 70's and the elevator and baggage cart made it so very easy. The location was fantastic on the beach, but even better was the traffic light that made getting in and out of the parking lot a breeze! It couldn't have been easier for us.

Absolutely lovely and well-appointed condo RIGHT on the bay in Traverse City. Second Floor, but there is an elevator (not working when we were there- but it was off- season). Big things- immaculate, comfortable, outstanding mattress, extra-large jetted tub, wonderful chairs on the balcony. Little things- coffee bar, games, puzzles, tourist literature, an amazing spice rack in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and toiletries. We will be back! In season, there is a pool in the complex. The couch in the living room folds out for kiddos (and there is a water/go-cart park right down the street). Outstanding hosts.

We loved our stay here! The condo was decorated so cute for the fall. I loved seeing a sanitized sticker with the date on the tub faucet. There were so many things we didn’t expect but really appreciated including a water purifier in fridge, snack basket, variety of coffee, K-cups, lavender bath salts and even an extra toothbrush/mouthwash. The views were beautiful and communication with the owner was excellent. The only thing that we would have liked would be a plush mattress and variety of bed pillows. The pillows were flatter than the memory foam pillows we have at home. We’d love to come back in the summer and be able to spend time on the beach.

The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed for a long weekend in TC. Great view of the bay, quiet beach area, and a great location. Hosts were quick to communicate and left a welcome basket with snacks which was a great addition. We could walk to Hop Scotch which had great pizza and beer, to Cup O Joe for coffee, and a quick walk to the Tart Trail. Would definitely stay again,
