This condo is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast a the Wharf in Orange Beach Alabama. This Beach Club condo is on the 17th floor of the Bristol Tower, which is one of the newer towers at The Beach Club, and is right beside The Clubhouse for your convenience! Breathtaking views of an endless coastline can be yours from this balcony! The living room and master bedroom adjoins the spacious furnished balcony which overlooks the sparkling Bristol pool and hot tub. The Beach Club is a luxury resort located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, far from the crowds, but offers a casual fine dining to burgers by the pool plus shopping and ice cream and coffee bars, golfing options are close by, plus the historic Fort Morgan and Mobile Bay Ferry.

The condo sleeps 6 in beds and 2 on the sleeper sofa. The bedding arrangement is: King in master, Queen in first guest room, 2 Twins in the second guest room, sofa sleeper. The beds are made with white linen and a set is provided for the sofa. Bath linen is provided along with a "one day" supply of toiletries and tissue paper. Please bring beach towels, make up removal wipes, toilet tissue and toiletries.

The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including an automatic dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A stack washer/dryer is in the utility closet by the kitchen. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents.
The owner has added a Pack n Play and a Highchair!

If you book this condo, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower and you may patron the fine casual dining restaurant on the second floor of the clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of the clubhouse, plus, the shops and sports bar & grill near the entry of the property, playground, and charcoal grills without additional fees.

The owner is a member of the Clubhouse and the private amenities are available with a daily fee which is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk for the only the days you choose, if any. The clubhouse amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and children activities. Seasonally, you may rent loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas, but must be removed each night.

Amenities at Beach Club are seasonal. Usually, at least one restaurant with a bar is open year round. The rental rate is based on the season. Typically all amenities are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A fireworks display is scheduled for the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, when weather permits.

Condo was very clean and we had a great view overlooking the beach. Easy access to the restaurants, food trucks, and beach. Loved the ease of check in and check out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the roominess and decor of this condo! The decor was elegant, and the kitchen was fully stocked with more than we needed. We texted maintenance concerning a closet door, and they came and fixed it in a timely manner. We literally have no complaints about anything. Check in/out was super easy. ALL the beds were very comfy. We are already planning our trip for next June!!

Beach with family

We have stayed at the Bristal every year since they opened. This unit was decorated beautifully. We had trouble with the washing machine. It was repaired but we continued to have problems. The unit was not as clean as it should have been. Black or curtains are needed in the two guest bedrooms because they face the front of the building where there are bright lights. We will be there again next year but will not stay in this unit.

The Good: Nice beach and sand. Had a highchair and pack and play which made our load there smaller. The Ugly: Place was dirty. It’s time for a deep clean and an updated dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. Both didn’t clean! Comment for The Beach Club owner(s): Get rid of the outdated kiddy pools. They are in the corner by themselves. Felt like a cage. Pull them out and put a splash pad in. Gives a space to kids about year old and up another place to play that is still near the pool.

We had a great time! The view is amazing! The boardwalk was so close and an easy walk to the beach.. While there is still construction going on due to last year’s hurricane, the noise was minimal and the construction workers were friendly and landscapers were planting lots of new plants. Didn’t want to leave.
