Perfect place to stay! Great location for everything we wanted to see in the Kennebunk area. Would stay again the next time we visit Maine.

Great stay!

Lovely cabin, nice high ceiling, thoughtful touches and everything you need for a short stay. Stacy was great with communication, would be happy to stay in #4 again!

Best place I've stayed in Wells

I loved our cottage and this will be our first choice for accommodations in Wells from now on! Stacey and Chip were super nice and everything during our stay there was easy as could be! The cottage was so clean and the bed was soo comfy! Nothing but the best things to say!

Great cottage in Wells!

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was comfortable and well cared for. Window AC was nice on hot afternoons! The pool was very clean. The location is convenient and the owners are very responsive.

Love this Property!

New Harbor View Cottages is lovely property that is reasonably priced. The owners, Chip & Stacey, go overboard to accommodate guests' requests in a timely manner. The property is conveniently located with restaurants, grocery store, convenience store & drugstore in walking distance -- and it's only 1 mile from Wells Beach!

Wonderful Cabin!

Cabin is as shown in photos and the skylight was wonderful! Last summer we brought our golden retriever and he especially loved the screened in porch. Nice to have everything you need and be so close to beaches and activities, don’t miss the donuts across the street!

Cute cottage. Pets allowed which is a must for us. Stayed in efficiency cottage, should have gone with larger cottage as we brought our dog and could have used extra space. Nice property. Great location. Good communication with owner.

Cozy & clean!

The little cottage fit all my needs. Walking distance to the beach and a grocery store. Was obvious it had been renovated recently but still had a cozy, old school beach home vibe! loved it and have been recommending it to my friends!

Family Vacation for the Books!

We had an incredible stay! Our family each rented a cottage. It was very comfortable to have our own space but plenty of room to meet on the grounds and enjoy the views and salty air. Being able to bring our dog was the best part. He felt so comfortable to play and explore Wells with us. Cannot wait for next summer, and hoping to plan a girls trip with my sisters next! Don't miss out on this vacation spot!

Another great Memorial Day in the books

Just love these cabins and the location. We continue to come back here because of the location, and Chip and Stacy. The cabins are clean, fun, and just adorable. They all have heat, AC, a large TV, the kitchen has all you need. So what if the cabins are small, did you come to Wells to stay inside? No...book one, you will be pleased you did.

We love de possibility of bringing pour dog with us on vacation ! It was clean when we arrives but There was a big smell of humidity coming from the shower. Have a good Summers!
