We had a wonderful multi generational vacation with the family and pets. The beach and house were great. The house is very well appointed - a great coffee bar, great kitchen set up, all of the extras you would need for an enjoyable family vacation at the beach - well thought out. More than enough bathrooms for everyone’s privacy. Would reconsider suggestion that it sleeps 10. Also, while the house is on the beach, traversing the barrier dunes for older individuals can be a challenge. Overall a lovely time and we would return!

Our Stay @ First American Beach House was excellent! Eloise the property manager was so friendly and responsive to whatever we needed. We loved the area, the peacefulness of the location & the home is lovely. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house steps from the beach!

We loved our stay here! The entire place has been renovated and is gorgeous. Steps from the beach with a large back patio to store all our beach stuff. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, and the living and dining room furniture was very comfortable. We will be staying here again next year!

Family Gathering

Perfect setup with adult children. Everyone had their own room and bath. Lovely community and beach. We have rented several places on the island and this is one of the best.

Great Beach Access and Views

Overall this is a great property that was well appointed and hosted a great family vacation. We used every inch of the house and loved all of it except for the lower level bedroom which wasn’t as appealing as the others.

The house was gorgeous and very clean. It fit our needs perfectly. The host/property managers were easy to contact and responded quickly, helping with a couple minor issues that were handled quickly. It was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this house.

Amazing home - History and Tranquility

Amazing home in a tranquil part of Amelia Island filled with history all around! This house is great for families and a large patio, master bedroom and downstairs privacy. Great part of the beach. Lots of history around the home. First American beach house is sure to make your stay a memorable one! Owners and managers excellent to work with!

Beautiful home in a lovely location

My family stayed at this home in late March. The home looked exactly as it did in the listing. It was very clean and well equipped. All the appliances worked well and we had zero issues with anything during our stay. Even my picky children were happy with it all!

Comfort away from home

The home had everything we needed, was very comfortable, had a spacious outside patio and the house was in great shape since it was just recently rebuilt. We had a couple of very minor items that needed attention and Eloise, the assistant property manager, addressed them immediately and was super pleasant. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Wonderful Trip

We had a great time staying at this property. The property was perfect from the beginning until the end. We had some minor problems , but Ms. Eloise the manager of the property had the maintenance guy there within minutes. We are looking forward staying next year.. I would highly recommend this
