Come stay at our newly renovated single-story home! This spacious property features four California king bedrooms and a queen bedroom, along with four full bathrooms. Two of the cal-king bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other bedrooms share two hallway bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for four. The open-concept dining room and step-down family room offer great space for entertaining. Additionally, the home includes a Laundry Room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as smart 55+ TVs in all rooms. Outside, you'll find a beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by a scored concrete deck. There's also a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area with a grill and sink.

Please take note of the following details:
- We provide a pack 'n play, a regular stroller, a double stroller, and a highchair with a booster seat for infants and toddlers.
- The family room is equipped with a 75" TV with a DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet.
- The home has central heating and air conditioning.
- The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
- Additionally, we have a game room with a full-size pool table and ping pong table.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82

This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Fire Pit is not available for guest use.
Outdoor security cameras protect the house.

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to have been made under false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that include but are not limited to, pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
