Beautiful quiet beach right out the back door

Come put your feet in the sand at our ground floor, beachfront condo on the Emerald Coast. You can hear the waves breaking as you sit on your back porch. Escape from the crowds to our 2 bedroom 1 bath condo located on the west end of Okaloosa Island. This small complex is a very appealing for both families and couples wanting to get away from it all.
The location of the condo is ideal. You will be miles away from the crowds, but only minutes away from all the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife that Fort Walton and Destin have to offer!

With just a short walk to the beach, our stay was once again nice. The only thing I would have liked is the umbrella/chair set up to be earlier as our previous stays. The unit had new paint and kitchen table with no decor. Glad to see in process of updating.

This property was awesome! Great location if you want to just walk to the beach! White sand and beautiful water. Great place to eat two buildings over called the BEACHVIEW GRILL. Property was great! Place was clean and nice. Included a bunch of stuff for kids to play with at the beach and even beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach!

Absolute Perfection

Brought my mom here for a long weekend and my first time at the beach. This was THE place. Quiet, epic location, beach right out the back door, beach service is included during select months (absolute score) the place is extremely comfortable and accessible. 12/10 would come back and stay at the exact same spot! They even have extra chairs and kids toys available to use. Free parking, all the things. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved our stay! The complex was very easy to find and included free parking. The condo looked fresh and clean and recently updated. It came with bonuses we didnt expect. Our stay was very comfortable and we loved the beach just outside the back porch. The private beach was very clean and the umbrella and chairs that came included were already setup for us. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Its a great location. We will be coming back!

My family has been staying at Vista Del Mar for approximately 28 years. We rent out multiple units. Ive always been partial to unit #3. My husband passed away a couple years ago and this was the unit we always stayed in. I guess it has sentimental meaning to me. Always been happy staying here.

Streamlined Design

Cozy condo that was a straight shot from the front door to the back with all living spaces to the left. Well organized and cute, the condo was great for what we needed. The beach out the back door was family-oriented and peaceful.

Quiet Spot

Perfect beach front location. Beach is right out the back door & in a quiet, family friendly area. Sleeps 4 people well. Teenager 5’10”slept on the pull out couch & it was too small. Host had good communication. A great perk was the provided beach chairs & towels.

Snowbird Heaven

This was our first try at being a snowbird. We are coming back next year! The condo was perfect! We were steps from the beach. The whole area is quiet and not much within walking distance for food or nightlife, but that was not an issue for us. Driving to Fort Walton Beach and Destin gave us plenty to do. Being next to the beach was what we wanted. The condo had everything we could want for a 2 week stay. The host was awesome in responding to us for everything. Again, we will be back!

Beautiful

It was a beautiful place to stay. We loved the beach access and how room the condo was. However, the tv remote for the living room lags so bad that we were unable to watch basically anything at all. We ended up watching the iPad instead or just going to the bee rooms to watch tv. It was very clean tho and the communication was great. We were allow our pets and had so much fun. They had chairs and towels for us to borrow and sand supplies to! Which was great for the kids. Parking was easy and it is a quiet neighborhood And there was almost no one around us on the beach! The people we met were so kind. I loved staying here aside from the tv issue and hope to return again!

Very nice condo, and very nice owners. If you have an issue, they are available. Everything was perfect! We even got to see snow on the beach!! LOL

Great Beach Get Away

Great place to stay. Foot steps away from sunsets and sunrises, comfy beds, and all you need for the beach. Towels, chairs, beach toys. As a coffee drinker I also loved the upscale coffee maker. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

The unit was all good,would not hesitate to stay again.Although the rental is dog friendly,the beach is not dog friendly.Certainly not the fault of the rental but something to keep in mind.

Perfect off-season getaway

Wow, we loved our stay here! The location is perfect with lots to do just a short drive away. But we enjoyed staying in and walking to the beach just outside the back door! The beach is beautiful and clean, as was the property/condo itself. It had everything we needed. We will absolutely be coming back!
