Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Pool + Lage

Ruhige Lage und tolle Aussicht inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Traubenhängen, schöner Pool, WLAN nur bedingt (fanden die Erwachs. nicht schlimm), zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung, Hausmeister sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bäcker kommt morgens (außer Sonntags) vorbei. Die Sauberkeit war eher mittelmäßig, wir haben die Wohnung wahrscheinlich. sauberer hinterlassen, als wir sie vorgefunden haben. Insgesamt war es aber ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen, ruhigen Lage. 2 Erw./3 Ki (5, 12, 16) / 1 Hund

Appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Prima vakantie woning. Keukeninventaris verdient wel wat aanvulling. Slechts 4 glazen en maar 2 wijnglazen aanwezig. Tuinmeubilair was slecht. Bij eigenaar andere tuinstoelen gevraagd en gekregen.

Schöne Unterkunft im Grünen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit und hat uns in allen Lebenslagen unterstützt. Sehr zu empfehlen als günstiger Ausgangspunkt in der Toskana. Wenn man Kilometer mit dem PKW nicht scheut.

traumhafte ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft liegt eingebettet in 500 Hektar Weinberge und Olivenhaine, daher ist es ein besonders stiller und erholsamer Ort. Dieses Domizil in der Toskana ist einfach himmlisch und zum Erholen gemacht.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans un cadre juste sublime entouré des vignes et des oliviers .Les photos sont conformes à la réalité Tout était parfait grâce aussi à E. le propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable qui nous accueille avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. La location est idéalement située pour visiter cette splendide région.

Wunderschön gelegen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer. Mitten in Olivenbäumen und Weinstöcken. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei, das Gelände überhaupt nicht. Die Wohnung hatte einige Mängel (Wasserspülung defekt, Toilettendeckel lose, kein WLan-Empfang, Geschirrspüler defekt, Bodenleisten der Küche nicht montiert, Gartenstuhl defekt, sehr laut quitschende Innentüren, kein ausreichendes Geschirr - nur 2 Tassen, schmutziges Geschirr). Der wöchentliche Wäschewechsel fand nicht statt.

Ein wunderschöner Platz

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen - wir hatten wunderbare Tage. Die Fattoria liegt sehr schön inmitten von Weinbergen- in weniger als 1 Stunde ist man in den historischen Städten Siena Florenz( mit dem Zug 30 Minuten) Pisa Lucca Volterra San Gimignano. Auch das Meer ist nur 50 Minuten entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet, inkl. zwei Bäder, drei Klimaanlagen und einer Spülmaschine. Wir waren positiv überrascht! Der Pool ist richtig toll und eingebettet in das große Gelände, mit Blick auf Weinberge und Hügelketten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig, viele „Toskana-Hotspots sind in weniger als einer Stunde zu erreichen. Ettore war immer sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, inkl. einer Führung durch seine Weinberge. Wir konnten ihn zu jeder Tageszeit ansprechen. Vielen Dank, es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

GE-WEL-DIG!!!

Wij hebben het 5p appartement gehuurd (met 2p), je krijgt dan een zeer ruime 2p slaapkamer en een extra 1p slaapkamer (als er 5p gaan,moeten er 2 op de slaapbank). De keuken is van alles voorzien (wèl een vaatwasser). Het zwembad is direct tegenover het huisje en dit 5p app. heeft de ingang en uitzicht hier direct op. Vanuit het zitje buiten kijk je ver weg over het prachtige landschap!! De locatie ligt heel mooi centraal tov Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, ideaal. Eigenaar XXX is erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Quartier und guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Landschaft und der Städte, wie Florenz, Lucca oder Pisa. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit sehr nettem Eigentümer und sehr gute Eigenproukte wie Wein und Olivenöl.
