Located at 1129 S 11th St, come stay at our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo built in 2021. Enjoy the view of the dunes from the kitchen, living room and dining room with the open concept floor plan.
The first bedroom overlooks the dunes with 1 queen size bed and a pocket door into the hall bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 queen size beds and an on suite bathroom with a custom walk in shower. Both bedrooms have a 32" tv with streaming capabilities.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials. All stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinets with underlighting for the sink.
The living room has a 50" tv with streaming capabilities and there is plenty of room for family games around the coffee table.
Relax to the sounds of the gulf, sea gulls and fresh salt air on the private patio located outside the living room. The view from the patio is of the dunes with peak throughs of the gulf.
There is a full sized front load washer/ dryer located in the hall for your convivence.
The condo is very close to all of the property amenities, large pool, playground and the beach walkway.

Relaxing Vacay

My daughter and I flew in from California to celebrate my birthday with my friend and her daughter. The condo was built in 2020 and is exactly like the pictures online. Location is perfect to the beach, condo is updated and modern, back patio is huge compared to the other condos, easy check in/ check out, and very close to town. Tammy was very accommodating and even helped us pump up our floaties to take the the beach. The only con I have is that you could hear the up stair neighbors but we were at the beach or on the patio most of the time so not a huge deal. Will definitely rebook and I highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the beach and town to stay here.

Consistently Great

My family and I have stayed at this unit and different units in this complex several times and each stay has been awesome. This unit is well stocked with everything you need to cook, beds are comfortable and clean, bathrooms are spotless, good wifi and tv options, pool is always great, short walk to the beach, and even though the parking lot is a little cramped we have never had issues even during busy times (they also have a new paved overflow parking which is great). This complex and this unit in particular are our go-to options for our yearly trips to Port A. Thank you for keeping everything so great! We will definitely be back :D
