Fully renovated apartment located on the terrace level of a villa of character.
The house at 15, built by Georges Dior in 1900, is a must-see stop on the Dior circuit in Granville.
Close to all shops, 20m from the cinema, 500m from the beach of Plat Gousset and the Casino. The train station is accessible in 5 minutes on foot, a free parking lot is located 150m away.
The gentle path will take you to the gardens of Val Est Fleur.

L'appartement etait charmant et confortable, de grandes fenêtres et une belle terrasse, et bien qu'il n'ait pas de placards pour les vêtements ou les bagages, c'etait un endroit merveilleux pour nous deux (un couple de retraités plus âgé). L'emplacement est parfait - tout à proximité à quelques pas. Sébastien et Isabelle étaient des hôtes particulièrement gentils et attentionnés.
