Relax in the seasonal community hot tub (June–August) or enjoy the pool while taking in the fresh mountain air. Only 2.8 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and 4 miles to downtown Estes Park. This place is everything the listing says it is! Great location, beautiful views, lots of room for our family of 7, comfortable beds, stocked with toiletries, trash bags, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

The house was spacious, beds were comfortable. Very clean. Property could use some small updates including 3rd floor deck door didn’t lock so door would open unintentionally. I would stay again. Easy access to RMNP and shopping area of Estes park

This is a really outstanding property. The views are indeed gorgeous. There is a lot of lovely deck space and an inside conversation area so folks can be together, but there is lots of privacy so folks who need some alone time can get it. The kitchen is first-rate and it provides a lot of the things that there often isn't enough of (water glasses, coffee mugs) — we felt like it was just very well-equipped.There is no large table to sit down for dinner, so that if that is something you need for your gathering, this place doesn't have it. We were mostly casual for breakfast and lunches and had dinner out so it made no difference to us.In 15 minutes or so, you are in the park; you can be at Bear Lake in about 35 minutes. It is also a very quiet place, which we really appreciated.

We were in town for a wedding so our family stayed here. It was perfect that we all had our own room. The main bedrooms are accessed by stairs. Which is fine, but as my mother ages, I have to keep that in mind. It’s about 10 minutes from everything. Beautiful view. Nice deck to relax and bbq. Kitchen was stocked generously. And the host had nice touches like aloe vera and lotion for our dry hands!

This place is amazing and a great value. The host and people responsible for maintaining the place are very responsive and accommodating. My one issue is the lack of lights that worked, the amount of light switches, and how they should be labeled. I probably spent two hours trying to figure out what switch did what and still could not find switches for certain light fixtures. The kitchen had 6 lights and only three were operational. Some lamps were sketchy, and flickered. The carpet could use updating as well.

We had our Sibling Reunion at this home. We enjoyed our stay and found the home perfect for us. It enabled us to gather outside on the deck or in the living/dining room area. We all agreed this was a destination to consider in future years.

We enjoyed our stay at this property especially the beautiful views in several directions. The four bedrooms & bathrooms made getting ready a breeze for our party of nine. Everyone found the beds very comfortable. Parking for our three vehicles was convenient to the front door & the unit was just a short drive to the Beaver Meadow park entrance. Lastly great communication with the property manager.
