Cher monsieur, vous nous avez appelé le jour de votre arrivée en demandant à ce que l'appartement soit refait complètement à neuf pour votre séjour.
Vous savez bien que c'était impossible et malgré nos efforts pour changer la vaisselle et faire venir un artisan pour visser une porte de placard un peu lâche dans la kitchenette, vous avez envoyé 103 photos pour vous plaindre du moindre détail dans l'appartement en demandant un remboursement.
L’appartement est en parfait état malgré vos mensonges.
Ni nous en tant qu’hôtes, ni Abritel ne sont dupes de ces manœuvres qui consistent à louer et à essayer de monter des dossiers pour se faire rembourser.
La preuve en est qu'aucun remboursement n'a été offert car il n'était ni nécessaire ni justifié
