This beautifully updated, Central air-conditioned, ocean-view one-bedroom condo is located on the fifth floor at Sugar Beach Resort on the stunning shores of North Kihei at Sugar Beach. Enjoy early morning beach walks on one of the longest stretches of sand in all of Hawaii. Sugar Beach boasts six miles of uninterrupted coastline, pristinely calm waters for swimming and snorkeling, and is the perfect spot to watch whales breach during the winter months. After a long day of exploring Maui, this centrally located gem is your perfect retreat. Sugar Beach Resort offers an extensive list of amenities including a beautiful oceanfront pool and Hot tub, Sauna, outdoor BBQ area, onsite concierge and activity bookings, as well as a sandwich shop and bar.

Once inside, this well appointed condo has been tastefully updated to truly exemplify a modern, tropical vibe. The generously-sized kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, an outward facing cooktop to ensure you never miss that ocean-view, and a gorgeous quartz countertop with a built-in breakfast bar. The living room flows from the kitchen and features a high-end pullout sofa, flat-screen TV with cable, and high-speed internet. The oversized lanai features a dining table for four with panoramic ocean, mountain and lagoon views. From this unit you can see the breath taking views of Kealia Pond.

The bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with soft, white linens and gorgeous plantation shutters to block out that early morning sun. In addition, there is central A/C in this unit (a rarity in Hawaii!) which ensures you stay cool at all times during your stay. The bathroom is between the bedroom and main living area and has been beautifully designed with a matching quartz vanity and walk-in shower. The unit also features a full-sized washer and dryer.

Sugar Beach is one of the most conveniently located spots in all of Maui. Just fifteen minutes from the airport, thirty minutes to Lahaina, and just over an hour to the summit of Haleakala, this is the perfect basecamp to adventure. The owners of this unit have provided beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler so all you have to do is pack your bags! You’ll love the wonderful ease of access this location provides. Condo is very clean and well stocked. Nice view from balcony, but not particularly comfortable balcony furniture to sit on and enjoy the view. A small round table and 4 wooden stools and wooden bench were sufficient, but not ideal. Communication with host was sporadic. A few things needed repairs and were addressed by host, but host did not respond on first evening when we arrived after the pool office had closed 5PM) and texted them to see if we could get the pool code. There was no response. Overall- nice place though.

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the AC plus washer/dryer worked perfectly. The beautifully renovated interior and huge kitchen island made it feel both stylish and functional. We loved relaxing on the balcony with a great ocean view and having access to a nice pool and hot tub.Check-in and registration were very easy, and having an elevator and a convenient garbage chute was a big plus. The balcony storage box was stocked with everything needed for beach days—chairs, boogie board, snorkel gear, and kids’ toys. There was also a large closet with plenty of hangers, lots of towels, and ample parking.The location was excellent with easy access to both the north and south shores, and the sandwich shop downstairs was a great bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved it! Huge counter for preparing meals in kitchen. We loved the little restaurant down below, the best Reuben sandwich ever! The view from our room was amazing, although the lanai was a little small. Could have maybe been a tad bit cleaner, but that didn’t bother us much.we would definitely stay there again!

Great pool and property

The property is well-kept and clean. The grounds of the resort are kept well cleaned every morning. The pool is just an elevator ride away, as well as the water. Hard to initially find the exact condo due to there being multiple buildings, and a hidden elevator. In walking distance to an ABC store, as well as the top, shaved ice place in Maui. Will definitely be booking this place again.
