 C108 is a remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with AC & a king size bed. C108 has laminate flooring throughout. Upgraded with modern appliances, range, refrigerator and cabinets.Condo C108 has a large living room TV.  New bathroom with stand up shower. The lanai opens onto the courtyard for fast access to pool, tennis & pickleball courts, putting green, and our huge park by the sea.

The location was wonderful. The condo met all our needs. The following comments have no reflection on our unit but on the management of the complex. It would be nice if the security would monitor parking better. There was one car that always parked in the middle of two spots. This was a problem since there is not enough parking. Also some wild little kids going crazy on the putting green. Hitting the balls extremely hard off the sides of the building, within view of the office. All said and done, we would stay here again.

Family visit

We went to Maui to visit with family. This property was a great place to visit with our grand children. C108 was a very comfortable unit. We would definitely rent it again.

Restful, easy place

This property was an older property but very well taken care of. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. My self and my two children had a great time. The walk across the grassy park to the beach was lovely! I highly recommend this spot in Kihei!

Would happily stay here again.

Everything was simply lovely. We arrived on a Saturday and the property manager welcomed us and gave us early access to the unit. It was clean, comfy and steps from the pool, with the beach across the lawn. There was a malfunction with the air conditioner (it worked but was noisy) and a technician came out to fix it immediately. Our rental car died, and the office provided an instant charger and friendly assistance. We felt so well taken care of and enjoyed the grounds, jacuzzi and pool area with outdoor kitchen, pickleball courts. Our host's spirit of aloha was the best of all.

The best thing about this condo is the location. Every morning I'd wake up with the sunrise and walk just a couple minutes out back to go for a morning swim in what felt like your own private beach! Even saw a couple Honu swimming too. The pool and hot tub were great and we loved exploring Kihei. The property is close enough to the fancy resorts and shopping while still being somewhere more local and cultured, and there are so many great beaches to check out. Our only issue was the air conditioning in the bedroom, we couldn't have it on because it made this weird consistent noise that kept us awake - but then again we are very light sleepers! And considering the time of year we were ok with just the fan. Great communication with host and we were SO GRATEFUL for the awesome beach chairs and umbrella meaning we were set up for a beach day whenever we wanted, which was most days! Definitely recommend this place if you're staying in Kihei, especially as it's close to the airport and not too far from tourist hot spots like Haleakala and the road to Hana.

Comfortable condo for a relaxing stay

My husband and I stayed for a week and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed eating meals on the patio while listening to the birds, or getting dinner at the many restaurants a short drive away. The cooler and beach towels were great for having with us as we drove around the island. Air-conditioning was available for an extra charge, but we didn't need it in early March. The unit is not fancy, but it quickly felt like home and we would rent it again if we make it back to Maui.

We had such a great time at Luana Kai. The condo we stayed in way exceeded our expectations and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating! We will absolutely be staying here next time we visit Maui.

Quaint little condo

This property was perfect for us. It’s in a great location making it accessible to all parts of the island. Check in process was easy and the community was super cute. Easy walk to the ocean as well. Would recommend!

Property is a bit dated but well maintained and very clean. Great to stay in “own pad” w/o needing to worry about housekeeping and others entering. Few minutes walk to beach! Amenities in kitchen fully loaded; beach chairs and washer/dryer, just remember laundry detergent. Fan is adequate to keep cool and flow through breeze keeps it cool. A/C is optional but did not need it, even on warm humid night but would be nice if it was included. Thanks for a great stay and relatively reasonably priced in this area.

Quick trip to Maui!

I really enjoyed our stay, honestly it was more than I expected. I booked last minute, two days before our trip. I was worried that it would be clean and decent considering the options to book were limited. I was so thankful Leslie gave a quick response confirming our stay. I was pleasantly surprised, the apartment was as described and sufficient for our family’s needs. The air conditioning is a plus, there is a daily fee, but well worth it in my opinion. My favorite thing was the proximity to the beach, it was really nice for a morning walk or to watch a beautiful Maui sunset! Thank you Luana Kai! We hope to come back again someday!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 9 nights and it was perfect. Having the washer/dryer was super convenient. The full kitchen was equipped with everything you need. You have to bring your own toothpaste/shampoo/conditioner but that was fine and no problem at all. It's also located to the food trucks plaza, as well as grocery store and lots of restaurants. Best part is it being close to the beach! Great area. We really enjoyed our stay here!

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
