Enjoy serenity and sweetness in this GLP property. The fully furnished beach cottage has a breathtaking ocean view, with ample living space both indoors/outdoors.

The cottage has a spacious bedroom and loft space, used as a bedroom, making the home comfortable to sleep 6. Offering comfort by including fresh sheets, blankets and pillows in both the bedroom and loft space.

This GLP Gem is professionally cleaned and equipped with all the amenities to make for a perfect getaway.

The cathedral ceiling living space has a comfortable sofa that converts to a full-sized bed with TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig Machine, Sink, Dishwasher and all dishware essentials. The bath includes a shower, oversized towels, hand towels and hairdryer. The yard provides a peaceful outdoor space, with off street parking, yard games, beach toys & floats, a Weber barbeque grill, outdoor dining furniture, outdoor shower and solo stove fire-pit to make your summer nights just perfect.

Perfect Cottage

Sweet cottage. Perfect location. Everything you need and more. It is very clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and I slept the sweetest sleep I’ve had in ages. My daughter and I are already planning our next trip. Kristen, the host, is very caring and answers texts right away. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great getaway with spectacular view

our family of 4 really loved our stay in Groton. Kristin was fantastic and super communicative before and during our stay. It's a great space to relax and/or work with a water view. the kids loved the loft. the ceiling would have been too low for the adults but it was a fun adventure for the kids for sure. we hope to stay again in the future!

Everything your heart needs!

Our stay was absolutely everything my heart needed. I genuinely could not wait to write this review. The cottage is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood right on the water and not too far from shopping. While we used our stay as a time to rest, the cottage offered plenty of games and the most perfect beach access. And to top it all off, Kristin was the best host! Seriously no reason to complain.

Outstanding beach cottage; highly recommend (even during hurricane)

After quite a stressful several weeks, I wanted a quiet beach getaway for my partner and I, and a small group of friends. Unfortunately, my trip directly wound up coinciding with Hurricane Henri. The host was an excellent communicator, honest, genuine, responsive, and helpful. She was beyond accommodating in navigating the storm and precautions. Forces beyond our control may have made this a disaster, but her assistance and positive demeanor contributed to a fantastic and pleasant time. We eventually made it to the property, and it was adorable! The ocean views were outstanding. The yard was cozy and the layout was perfect; even in the rain! The interior of the cottage had unique attention to detail- preserving the vintage feel but with modern, clean updates and decor. The furniture and bedding were comfy and cozy. Small thoughtful features such as s'mores station and beach passes were present. This truly was one of the best properties that I have stayed at, despite forces of nature hindering a day or two. Each of my guests commented on how truly delightful the cottage was, and how comfortable we felt. We will absolutely be returning, and cannot thank Kristin enough for her hospitality and kindness!
