Seefeld: Child friendly, cosy apartment block "Alpenland". 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool heated (13 x 6 m). Children's playground. In the house: lounge, sauna, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 30 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, gondola lift 400 m, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school, children's ski school. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 400 m, Geigenbühel 400 m, Gschwandkopf 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Ferienwohnung Alpenland

Grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Wohnung, wenn auch recht teuer. Leider waren nicht alle Stühle in Ordnung. Zum Glück benötigten wir nicht alle. Auch ein WLAN wurde schmerzlich vermisst. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, die Lage ist sehr schön. Sehr gut sind der freie Zugang zu Schwimmbad und Sauna.

Betreuung durch Schlüsselhalterin katastrophal

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, folgende Info für Sie zur Kenntnisnahme: Die für uns zuständige Schlüsselhalterin war vor unserem Aufenthalt weder per Mail noch telefonisch erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde mehrmals betont, dass sie nicht für uns zuständig, sondern nur zum Saubermachen da wäre. Alles halb so wild. Dann aber der wirklich unverschämte Satz, ob wir denn als Deutsche kein Deutsch könnten und zu doof wären, in das Haus zu kommen. Des Weiteren wurden 200€ Kaution in bar eingezogen

Uns war aus der Beschreibung heraus nicht bewusst, in einer Privatwohnung Gast zu sein. Funktional eingerichtet. Es gab leider nur Schlafsofas oder Doppelkinderbetten.

Stark renovierungsbedürftige Fewo, Hallenbad und Sauna retten den Urlaub

Von außen war der erste Eindruck des Hauses noch einigermaßen okay, auch wenn das Haus nicht in die 5-Sterne-Hotelgegend passt. Der Hausflur ließ dann Schlimmeres befürchten. Die Ferienwohnung Nr. 5 / 6 (ehemals 2 Wohnungen?) war dann leider enttäuschend. Der alte Teppichboden ist noch Geschmackssache. Die Küchenzeile war sehr klein, mit defekten oder schmutzigen Küchengeräte, ohne Schälmesser oder scharfe Messer, keine Spülmaschine. Leider keine Betten vorhanden, nur Sofas / Diwans die wenig geeignet sind zum Schlafen. Absolut ungemütliche Nächte. Keine gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeit um tagsüber zu entspannen. Ein separater Raum gehört angeblich zur Fewo, ist aber absolut unbrauchbar inklusive Loch in der Decke nach einem Wasserschaden. Die gesamte Deko in den Räumen stammt aus anderem Jahrhundert bzw. Flohmarkt. Zwei olle TVs, komisch platziert, mit wenig Programmen, schlechter Empfang. Das Hallenbad und die Sauna retten den Aufenthalt. Dort ist es wirklich schön. Der Nachteil war jedoch, dass das Hallenbad direkt unter der Wohnung liegt und es deshalb stets sehr warm ist in der Bude. Nachts haben wir darum weiter geschwitzt. Die Lage des Hauses ist dafür ideal. Nur 10 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt und zu den Bergbahnen. Die Innenstadt von Seefeld ist total schickimicki mit Hotels ab 4 Sternen aufwärts. Viele Golfer und Botoxopfer. Für den niedrigen Preis war die Urlaubswoche okay. Mehr wäre es aber auch nicht wert gewesen.

Hallenbad und Sauna retten den Urlaub

Keine Betten, nur ungemütliche Schlafsofas. Renovierungsbedürftige Fewo. Keine Spülmaschine. Alter Teppichboden. Schmutzige und teilweise defekte Küchengeräte, kein Schälmesser. Keine scharfen Messer. Dafür sind Hallenbad und Sauna im Keller super. Allerdings liegt die Fewo direkt darüber und dadurch sind die Temperaturen in der Fewo dauerhaft hoch. Für den Preis OK, aber mehr wäre es nicht wert gewesen.

La struttura dell’ appartamento è assolutamente basica … ricorda più una situazione stile campeggio …’ piano cottura da dover attaccare alla spina, frigorifero piccolissimo senza freezer, forno piccolo sporco e arrugginito … poltrone letto scomodissime … poco curato , fili scoperti ! Unica nota positiva, piscina e sauna comuni e presenti in struttura !

A technician is planned to visit the property in order to organise and repair any exposed wires that may be visible and assure that they are safely protected away.

Urlaub mit Kindern

Die Unterkunft ist für Familien zu empfehlen, die Räumlichkeiten bieten genügend Platz , auch um sich zurückzuziehen. Besondes angenehm ist der große Pool und Sauna.

Wesentlich mehr erwartet

Zwei Schlafcouchen die überhaupt nicht bequem waren. Polyesterbettwäsche geht gar nicht. Weder W-Lan noch Internetanschluss. Keine Spühlmaschine. Nur ein Schlüssel zur Wohnung und nicht zur Hauseingangstür. Sehr netter Service Kontakt vor Ort. Sie gab uns dann noch einen Schlüssel zur Wohnung und den für die Hauseingangstür. Schwimmbad unter der Wohnung. Wohnung war daher viel zu warm für uns. Für uns war die Wohnung mit 4 Personen eindeutig zu klein.

Da non sottovalutare la comodità della piscina coperta: chiude (od apre) ottimamente la giornata in montagna. La struttura è a 5/10 minuti a piedi da: centro di Seefeld, impianti di risalita, stazione ferroviaria. Letti non comodissimi, ma sopportabili.

De woning was ruim genoeg voor 4 personen en ook netjes en verzorgd. Het grote nadeel vonden wij dat we sliepen op bedbanken. Deze zijn een stuk harder dan gewone bedden waardoor we steeds met een stijve rug wakker werden. Normale bedden in een slaapkamer is een stuk fijner. Verder was de woning veel te warm en konden we de temperatuur niet zelf regelen, alleen door de ramen open te zetten.
